I wasn t even a patient there yet and they were very accommodating as I had a kitty with an eye issue. Made and appointment for the next day originally and they called back and said they could squeeze me in for the same day. Pumpkin (kitty) turns into a wildcat at the vets and they handled him professionally and properly and tried not to stress him out more and took steps not to during the office visit. I was grateful and will return as needed.

While I had a good experience with most of the staff, I felt like I was being interrogated at the front desk. I understand wanting to be thorough, but it s possible to get all of the facts without an air of doubt or suspicion.
