The technicians were fantastic. They took great care of ozzie. I was rather upset that the estimate I signed was incorrect. I got a call after ozzie was done and advised my bill was going to be $150 more than the estimate. By the time I got there, it was corrected to an extent and I appriciate that, and again created that to the two techs that were fantastic with ozzie. We are coming back because of them.

I have three concerns. 1. My pet was scheduled for surgery so I showed up and was told her surgery had been canceled. The gal told me I was called, didn t answer and my voicemail must have been full. I asked her to check if she had my correct number. She did. My phone received no call from your office. Even if my voicemail had been full (it wasn t), the call would have recorded on my phone. So that was either an oversight or an untruth. 2. I brought my pet home after surgery. The gal told me I had 3 pain pills and to give one to my pet everyday, beginning with the next afternoon. When I read sheet I was given, How to care for your pet after surgery, it read to give the pill every 12 hours with a meal. Because the clinic was closed, I gave my pet the pill the night of the surgery, fearing if I did not, she would experience too much pain. When I called the next day to clarify, I was told the instructions on the sheet were wrong. Now I will end up one day short with pain medication and the clinic is closed for the weekend. 3. When I picked up my pet, I was told she urinated all over herself and could not be cleaned up because she was too aggressive. She is a 5 pound little kitten. She was a mess, and I had to clean her up when I got her home. There was also feces in her carrier. I have watched her vet in MI handle her without drama and trauma. I would expect a better job could have been done to clean her up without trauma. She was, after all, still pretty much out of it from the surgery. I am glad she is spayed, thank you, but hope you will look at my comments to improve both customer service and pet care.

Both Tommi and Dr Meakin went out of their way to help get my dog scheduled for her AI, even though I m a fairly new client. My regular vet had brushed me off and said they couldn t promise to work me in. Will definitely return for services here!

Everyone was great with Lilith

Everyone was very friendly, but my only suggestion would be for the Vet to introduce themselves especially for new patients. She came into our room and just started examining our puppy. An introduction would have made it a little more welcoming.

I was grateful that both the vet aid and vet had knowledge of rabbits and helpful tips.

Hire more groomers. A two month wait for a regular customer just is not acceptable! I’m sorry someone is sick, but you can not run a business and keep your clients without some kind of back up!

I have a screaming Shiba Inu, who didn t scream while having her names clipped. That s amazing. I was so impressed by the staff who cut her nails.

Dr.Hogan always does amazing with my Guinea pigs! Very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to come see whenever my piggies need a visit! :)

I really love All Creatures doctors and staff. My animals seem more relaxed there than with previous vets. Pricing is also far more agreeable as well as availability of appointments.

Dr Wallace was terrific and took time to educate me. She gave me a handout and talked me through it. The staff was great too. I am very satisfied

I live in Loveland, so we have only been to All Creatures a couple times with our small animals. Both times I have been there, the vets we saw were amazing!! They truly cared about my animals, took their time with me and my animals and didn’t make me feel rushed and were very compassionate when one of my animals passed away. My drive to All Creatures is 45 minutes, but it is worth the drive and I will definitely be back to this clinic!

I brought my son s sick leopard gecko in and they took such good care of him. We had to bring him back the next day so they could show us how to force feed him. Would highly recommend this place.

Great service

Dr. Hogan was fantastic with my cat. I cannot remember the name of her helper with Cali either but they were fabulous with her and I can’t thank them enough for their help and care for her.
