Dr. Raab is fantastic. We always leave feeling like our pets are being treated like family.

Excellent visit as usual. Dr Faircloth, his assistants, the people at check in and check out were prompt, organized, personable and efficient. I walk in, they immediately welcome me, touch base with my dog. Make the visits easier on both of us.

I scheduled emergency visit because I thought my cat had a broken tail. I got right in and Dr. Calhoun took great care of us. I appreciated being able to get in quickly when we had an urgent issue. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Thank you.

I could not take my family pet anywhere else in Cincinnati, they are the best.

The prices are getting too high for me to bring in 5 cats as often as I should. You have also increased cat rescue prices significantly. That says a lot about how you feel about rescue.

Just to slow down a bit I understand that things are crazy right now but my Kane came there for shots and stomach issues and we left without two shots we were charged for and we had to bring him back to get them later that evening one was his nausea shot......

I am disappointed about your new $75 fee for any Sunday visit. Will you be waiving the fee for wellness plan subscribers?

My dog just got his nails clipped. He was not a very good patient, but the technician was really understanding and kind.

Online scheduling is hard you do hav3 choice of vet but not the choice of offices

The vet was borderline rude. We have a 13 year old maltese who we love and but cannot spend endless amounts of money on diagnostics and tests. He said, I don t practice this way. Left with antibiotics and feeling guilty. will not return.

When I scheduled an appointment for Daisy I was told it was for 9:30 am on June 16th. When I showed up on time the receptionist told me it was canceled because it was at 8:00 am but I know that I scheduled it for 9:30 am and I got a voicemail saying that the appointment was at 11:00 am but I figured that was just a mistake. I feel that my appointment got very mixed up and now I can t get her an appointment anywhere until July. I m pretty upset about it because I wanted to get it all done before I had to care for my mom after she has her surgery next week. I really hope I don t get charged a fee for being a no-show or late for her appointment. Also, the receptionist didn t offer to help me reschedule her appointment. She did tell me she was sorry, though. I felt so confused and embarrassed when I left. I m not trying to get anyone in trouble, I just want to keep this from happening again and am hoping not to be charged for something that I don t feel was my fault.

This was a wellness appointment for our dog. 1 vaccination and blood draw. We were in the room 1 hour 35 minutes. Partly because they found Ehrlichia so the dr. explained that. Still this is way too long and especially under the current Covid concerns not to mention that is stresses the animal (and the person).

Doctor Dan Meakin was great and really helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my visit was affordable and still help my pet! The staff there is always friendly!

Very pleased with the service I received for my new puppy. We already had our first visit scheduled in two weeks but ended up needing to get in sooner for an issue our puppy was experiencing. They were quick to get us in same day. The staff and Dr. took time to answer questions, go over everything with me and make sure she had everything she needed. Thank you!

The doctor seemed knowledgeable. The wait time upon check in was told to be an hour and half to two hours, we were seen a little over three hours after check in. The doctor made me feel as if I didn’t know my own fur baby and treated me as I was a child. Just because something works for her fur babies doesn’t mean it will work for someone else’s. When I tried to tell her anything she would cut me off if she even allowed me to give any information. She did not seem friendly. I don’t care to encounter her again honestly.

1. Was never notified to wear a mask until walking in and then instructed to walk back to my car. 2. After 20 min of waiting for a 30 second procedure I walked back in was told I would be next. It was 45 min after my apt time I was actually seen by the tech who said she’s the only one. Be professional inform your paying customers how horrible your wait times are. Your facility is notorious for this. 45 min from the time I checked in till the time I left to have a 30 second procedure.

Techs were great. Kirby (I think) was awesome. She always does a great job

We did curbside service and waited 2 1/2 hours in the parking lot. I watched people come and go after us and felt that because we weren t inside the office got pushed back behind everyone else. I was very disappointed in that. But doctor and staff were great

The Dr that we seen SUCKED and was cruel to our dog. and We will never schedule with him again.
