The curbside service worked out really well! The vet called me and explained everything he did. And my pup - who is terrified of the vet - actually did better without me there.

One of my birds was not acting right so I brought him to see Dr. Kim. The wait in the car for him to be collected was reasonable and the technician who collected him was considerate and noted my concerns. Dr. Kim called To discuss what was happening and why he was there. She gave my bird a thorough exam then explained the first step to test for illness. Test came back, she called with results. Luckily, he needs a dose of antibiotics for 14-days and should return to optimal health. The checkout was easy as they took my CC over the phone, shortly thereafter the technician returned my Senegal. This was my first visit and a pleasant experience (minus the sick bird part). I have scheduled wellness exams for my two dogs next week. Thank you for being attentive, kind and caring!!

I love the Dr & groomer. They do a great job with my dogs. I’ve been a long-time customer of yours for many years. However, I am considering looking for a new place to go. I’ve had some financial trouble recently and now I’ve been told that I’m not able to do a monthly payment plan I’ve been a long-time customer of yours for many years. I’ve had some financial trouble recently and now I’ve been told that I’m not able to do a monthly payment plan Wellness package and that I have to pay The full amount upfront for both dogs to participate in the plan and receive discounts. I have always paid the monthly payments but some went through a few days late. Due to that I have been removed From the auto deduction option. My preference is to reduce my plan to 19.99 per dog per month For the basic plan and continue monthly payments but apparently that is not an option. I find it hard to believe that you will not work out something with a customer that’s been there as long as I have. It’s very disheartening and disappointing

We had to stay in car do I cannot answer some of the questions!

My cat, Figaro, was taken in right on time at 5 p.m. on May 8. When we picked Figaro up and got her back home on May 9, she was absolutely no better than when we took her in. Her condition continues to worsen as of this evening (May 10). We paid a total of over $580 for care, medication and various tests between the Anderson location and the Amelia location and nothing was said to us about the potential for her condition to become as bad as it has become.

My dog was recommended for surgery. Although I am not apposed to surgery, I asked if there was any physical therapy I could do with my dog to help and was told no. I feel physical therapy to strengthen his leg would benefit my dogs situation and was not given any way of helping my family member. This was upsetting to me.

The Doctor figured out what was wrong with my kitty, pretty quick! They had seen this before. He had to stay overnight, but, was better when I picked him up! He is a tough cat!

The prices are a bit high so it makes me put off bringing my animals in as often as I should??

We really appreciate the entire All Creatures Animal Hospital team. Dr. Meakum definitely leads by example; he is tremendously knowledgeable & is a terrific partner in our pet’s health.

Yesterday, my dog s appointment was at 3:30 p.m. We called from the lot as was expected, and were told they d be out in a few minutes. 45 minutes later at 4:15, we had yet to be acknowledged. I called again, and was told there was an emergency earlier and they would call in just a few minutes. I waited until 4:31 and then left. I never, ever did receive that second call. I am reasonable and can understand emergencies, but there was no communication from your staff.
