It was the first time that I have seen Dr. Catherine Wallace. She was amazing with my dogs, and one of them can be really tough. She understood and was so patient. I really appreciate her approach, how much she listened and her suggestions on various issues. She took her time and I know the hospital is very busy these days. I would recommend her to my friends for sure.

My dog, Rocky and I love Lauren. She always does a great job and I believe Rocky feels safe and comfortable with her.

The entire staff is wonderful and so sweet to our Dog. I love that!!!

Front desk staff tends to have an attitude and can be quite rude. Often times given conflicting information depending who you talk to. This appointment there was a vast improvement in wait time. Previously we have experienced very long wait times. Maybe a text to let clients know if appointments are running an hour or more behind. We understand every day is unpredictable but our time is valuable also.

I appreciated the follow up call the day after Haley and Heidi’s dental cleanings.

The vet technician and Dr Faircloth did an excellent job Oliver and I are very happy with the visit, everything went smoothly and didn’t have to wait to long and felt like we accomplished something. Thank you very much great staff.

Website has a link to schedule online , but it doesn t actually allow you to schedule anything. I suggest removing it from the web site until it does work. (Calling the office to schedule was easy.)

I felt that the doctor was very rude and condescending. Her comments were very sarcastic as well. I felt the technicians or rough on My pet unnecessarily. It was really a very unpleasant visit for both myself and My pet.

The staff were all very kind and sweet with my cats. Dr Hogan is the best!

I can tell that All Creatures has been making an effort in multiple areas. I’m happy I decided to stick with this vet. The Doctor I saw was friendly, sweet to my pets, and gave me good information, the technicians have all been great, and wait times seem to be way down. The effort shows for sure!

Nick is the fastest nail trimmer and skilled. It reduced the stress on my 13 year old boxer. He s like a quick draw shooter with nail trimmers. I drive 4 1/2 hours to see Dr Dan. I don t trust any other vet with the care of my furry babies.

I was very pleased they got me in so quick. Also didn t run a bunch of unnecessary tests. Focused on the issue and answered all my questions

My wife came with me as we have two dogs. When we got there we found out that only one person could come into the office. So my wife had to stay in the car. I was in the exam room for an hour before the vet came in the room. I don’t have to wait that long for my PCP! I was there for an hour and a half which was way too long. Of course, my wife who was waiting an hour and a half in the car wasn’t happy as well. This happened at the last appt as well.

My appointment was scheduled for 5 but I did not get seen until 5:40 which increased my dog s anxiety when he had to see the vet and was frustrating for my personal schedule as well. The staff were friendly and wonderful as always

As always, care was fantastic. All personnel are professional and friendly. They did feel overwhelmed. 2 things: 1) I had a 5pm appt. Arrived at 4:51 and called to check in. Was put on hold, at 5pm, the hold was automatically transferred to voice mail. If everything is being done by phone, you need more people top answer the phone. 2) Check in is always easy, check out can take a awhile. The lag from being seen to checking out can be 30 minutes, again, it just seems sometimes like 1 more person handling that would be helpful. But, the important part, you always take great care of my pets. Not complaining, just a critique.

We brought our bunny in yesterday and we were told he was healthy and given tick and flea treatment. Tonight we found him dead in his cage.

Don’t offer vet appointment times if you can’t see the patient within an hour of showing up for their window

Dr. Kim was more interested in finding fault with me than finding a cure for my pet. She did not offer anything reasonable to do for the animal. I had to seek a second opinion elsewhere.

Nick was our vet tech and he was hands down the best tech I’ve ever seen in over a decade of having a dog. He was nice, knowledgeable and went far above and beyond in making my very anxious dog feel at home and at ease.

We had our puppy trimmed and was very satisfied with the complete service received. We were treated very well by staff and groomer and thought the charges were reasonable. Our puppy looked great and seemed to love the people that handled him! Very happy. Thank you!

Happy you returned to letting owners come back with pets. The vets are always knowledgeable and realistic, but the reception staff can be rude and unprofessional. They are the first contact a patron has with the business, they need to be better. I only keep returning because I feel the vet care is good.
