The whole staff is obviously lovers of animals So friendly and knowledgeable. I have a cat I call angry cat ??. Doesn’t bother them But he is not cooperative. It took three of them (including Dr Meekin ) to just get a blood draw ! They were amazing ! Dr Meekin calls to follow up personally Absolutely would highly recommend All Pets ! Thank you. PS angry cat aka Buddy is still mad ??

Our wait time was long, our overall stay was around an hour and a half. I do understand there was a sick dog and I would have wanted them to prioritized my dog if he or she were ill. I’m assuming staffing was short on weekends. Just thankful we didn’t have to sit in a car that long. I do appreciate the great care and kindness of the tech’s and veterinarian.

the tech who took care of Bella was amazing. i hope she never leaves your institution. Pugs hate their nails touched and she was completely fine the whole time. Dogs can sense good character and that she had. so happy w/ my visit she took excellent care of us.

If I could give negative stars I would.. your facility is a joke and Clermont County agrees you just hide your negative reviews on social media. I ve spent thousands of dollars there between 3 dogs all 14 years old. I have multiple stories including the nightmare rip off last visit.

The vet tech clipped my dogs nail. And all I got to say is she is strong as hell. I was struggling holding my 100 lb dog down so she got us some help and after that she held his body and he was 10x worse. But she did it like a champ.

I am very upset with Bella’s grooming appointment for Friday 5/14/21. Her appointment was at 10am and I did not get to pick her up until later in the day! Bella is not a crate dog and I believe that is where she spent most of her time!!!Her cut was too short and when I brought her this week for her bordatella shot she shook so bad waiting that is when I realized she was traumatized by the grooming department! I will not bring her back for grooming again! When you have an appointment at a specific time you should be able to pick up at a reasonable time! TOO LONG of a TIME

The scales are off by approximately 1.5 pounds, which is considerable for small dogs, and caused me much unnecessary concern. BTW, my dog does not move around while on the scales, he sits still. Please have the scales recalibrated. Thank you!

The staff was all extremely professional and comforting. They handled our dog with such compassion and were so trustworthy. They went out of their way to comfort me during one of the most difficult times. I will forever be grateful for the amount of empathy and kindness they shared during such a vulnerable moment.

At checkout I also picked up medication for my dog. When I got home the medication was a different strength than what was listed on my bill and what my dog normally takes. When I called I was told it was because they were out of the one we always get - I was not told this at the time I got the medication.I had to drive back the next day (50 miles round trip) to return it and was able to get the regular dose at the Amelia office.

Wait time was a bit excessive. I waited 67min after my appointment time to be allowed into a room, then waited another 20min before seeing the doctor. I did love the doctor and the candor she had about treatment options and where my dogs best options were. I will be coming back for my other 2 dogs initial new patient visits (but making sure the day is totally clear of obligations/appointments after the scheduled appointment time to allow for the wait times)
