My daughter took Taco to this visit and was not happy with the vet that looked at Taco. Then when she was checking out, we used a gift card with approx $75.00 to be put on the bill but then when she used her debit card they charged her the whole vet visit amount. The receptionist when you first walk into the building was nice.

You all are taking COVID way way way overboard! Other businesses have been open safely for months; grocery stores, dentists, movie theaters, restaurants, and even other vets! It took you until May 3rd to open up to in person visits and that is absurd! In addition I need to be escorted? I can t leave the exam room without permission?! That is absurd! Your implementation of harsh restrictions not only goes against CDC guidelines but also against basic common sense. I have already taken my animal to see another vet over the past year due to your curbside restrictions and I am considering switching for good. I understand the need for safety but you have gone way too far to near draconian measures and as a long time customer I am saying STOP!

I know things pop up and appointment times get delayed. But 40 min wait for my appointment ..... not just this visit but every time I have appointment I’m there for 1-2 hours or more. Most is waiting . Communication would have been nice. A call every 15 min with update so I know I’m not forgotten. Not sure what a solution would be. I’m happy with the staff and MD just hate the wait time

The postcard that is sent listing procedures, lab work and vaccinations due should match the invoice of items completed during a check-up. Also, how often is a check-up done? Every 6 months, every year? The rabies shot should be listed with date and year completed and the date and year due. I find the invoices confusing and difficult to understand. I do not know what has been completed and what is due. Wording should include laymen’s terms, not simply medical acronyms.

Waiting 45 min to 1 hour in my car for my scheduled appointment is Ridiculous!!! On the 15th I waited 45 min before I was allowed to come in. And then another 30 minutes for Linda Meakin to actually see my dog. Today I waited 1 hour and I finally left! My appointment was at 3:30 and they call me at 4:25 to tell me that they are ALMOST ready for me. I can now come inside and wait longer. I don’t think so. My time is more valuable than that. We will be looking for another vet.

The wellness plan was offered before the expiration date of the previous plan. We have taken advantage of the plan In the past; however have still spent an exorbitant amount of money in addition to this. Staff always seems stressed and pressed for time. I waited 30 minutes after my arrival and had to call to remind staff I was still waiting. The doctor did call and was informative/helpful. 815was my charge total which is outrageous. Even if you take the 110.00 off for the groom, it is still unheard of. Both dogs were well with the exception of a mild ear infection. As far as the groom goes, 110.00 for a shave (both were shaved not groomed). I do not want my dogs to have to get used to a different vet, I am not sure we can afford these extreme prices...??

Charlie just had to see the vet tech. In all my years with this office, I must say she was the worse. She was so unfriendly to me and never acknowledged Charlie at all. Normally, Charlie isn’t as scared as he was with her and I didn’t like her attitude towards him or me. It made me question if I would ever go back. It also made me wonder what went on the past year when I wasn’t allowed to come inside with him, because he was more upset and nervous then I have ever seen him. Made me think he may of had to deal with this tech before without me.

I have been coming to All Creatures for years with my pets. However I think this will be the last time. I was there over 2.5 hours waiting in my car. Not once was I offered an apology for the long wait. When the doctor was telling me what was needed for the dogs I made a comment about the cost, to which she said it s not that bad . Needless to say when I was told the cost was over $400 I about fell over. This goes to show you the doctors are completely out of touch with their costs, and the impact on their clients. $55 per pet to just walk through the door is just a ridiculous cost. Additionally, when I was told the cost of medications, and requested prescriptions to bring to my local pharmacy I was treated as if I was a terrible person. However I was able to save over $75 by getting the medications that way. Customers should be informed that this is an option. How many people are going into debt to get their pets medical care? The costs are too high, and there is no customer service. I am sad to be changing vets after 20 years, but I feel All Creatures has become about growing the business instead of caring for its clients. thank you
