Receptionists are not always knowledgeable regarding scheduling appointments and appointment changes. The appointment scheduling process leaves much to be desired: the online scheduling was much easier and less time consuming. There have also been excessive wait times (40-55 minutes) for nail trims.

Dr. Dan is excellent. He always takes the time to really do a thorough job with our Charlotte. I highly recommend All Creatures.

Our first appt had to be rescheduled since the wait was behind by at least 45 min. I was also very disappointed by the lack of transparency in pricing. I had specifically called to get a price for the appointment and was given a quote. The actual price after checkout was over $100 more than we were quoted. I was told they left the actual office visit off of the quote. It really shocked me how a mistake of that size wasn’t even flinched at, esp in this current climate. If I had been given the correct quote, I would have made different arrangements instead of being forced to pay something we could not afford and did not plan for.

Dr. Linda Meakin is an excellent vet. She is thorough and caring. She cares about the animals and their owners. Her office staff and techs are some of the very best in this area. They all get my top compliments and praise. They are extremely helpful and professional. Thank you, Dr. Linda, for your outstanding expertise and a well-run practice.

WE were worked into schedule which I greatly appreciated however Dr was rather abrupt and not in the best of moods. He left the room without saying goodbye or leaving clear direction as to what was next with medication etc. Tis is the first time we have had this experience since coming to this office. Will give another chance but will shift if this doesn t improve.

If a dog needs blood work often like every two weeks the price should be adjusted for this. Thanks

The staff and doctors are all so friendly and helpful. I know my dog is in good hands there.

The 2 hour wait time was extremely long, but staff called midway to apologize and explain the wait. The vet and staff continued to apologize throughout the visit.

Always great service. We will be happier when we are allowed to accompany our dog inside for the visit. Hope this Covid virus ends soon.

I am very unhappy with this visit. I arrived 10 minutes early and when I called to check in the receptionist told me there were a couple appointments ahead of me. After waiting in the car with my baby for more than 40 minutes I called to check the status and was told it would be just a few more minutes. I don’t think waiting 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment is appropriate. Further, when I asked for an estimate on how long the appointment would take I was quoted at about 20 minutes. So after close to an hour I called to make sure my pet was ok and let the receptionist know that I needed to get home (again I had my baby in the car thinking this was not going to be a two hour process). She was nice enough and apologetic. I am so disappointed with the time it took to have a routine annual exam with a couple of shots. If something came up to where this was going to take almost 2 hours I should have been informed or perhaps given the opportunity to reschedule. I was also unhappy with my last appt with my other pet but won’t get into that in this survey. I will be looking for another clinic.

The appointment was scheduled at 4pm and Jasper wasn’t seen by the doctor until 5:05. We didn’t receive communication from staff that doctor was running behind. Would have appreciated better communication about it. One hour is a long time to sit in an exam room with an anxious dog.

Despite the fact that we are still in the middle of a pandemic, i think things are going smooth. I like that the vet called us after our pups appointment as we waited for her in the car. We had some issues we needed the vet aware of and he made sure to call us and listen to our concerns and offer us his thoughts. He explained things and took his time. Thank you! I always recommend you guys if the topic of finding a vet comes up.

The wait in car is very long. summer months will be bad when it gets hot. Cannot wait until we can go back to normal

I was not made aware that the wellness plan pricing went up and that certain services were not longer included. I have three dogs that we pay monthly for and was surprised at checkout when she told me thats no longer covered, prices went up. I would ve appreciated a heads up prior to my visit. I also called the front desk upon arrival in which it was verified that I was there, only to get a call 15 minutes later telling me I missed my appt when I was sitting in the parking lot at my appointment time. I was told sorry they never checked you in I was there for two dogs with ear and nail trims and my visit was over an hour. We LOVE Dr Meakin and staff but sometimes feel the experiences are sub par. I know a lot has to do with Covid and restrictions and protocol to be followed and I m excited to be able to go back in to the office with my pets once allowed.

I have always been happy with your service. My problem is that Coco is very nervous and not very cooperative. Very stressful for all. No sure how to handle in future. Hate to sedate her. Perhaps only way to go.

Well I love the curbside service, I think they need a better communication system.

Waiting 45 minutes just to been seen for 3 minutes is unacceptable. More time was spent trying to offer a wellness package than seeing my pet or talking with me, asking if i have any questions or concerns.

Max is a difficult dog to groom. Lauren took her time with him. When she noticed he was getting stressed she offered to stop, give Max a break and finish the groom the next day. It was worth an extra trip to know that their main focus was the well being of baby. Max did better the next day and he looks amazing!! Thank you!!!

We waited in our car for 2 hours the day if our appt. I was informed by the vet that my youngest dog didn’t have heart worm then later in the conversation that she did but they were sending blood cultures for further testing but not when those results would be back.

Dog s blood on floor from injured dog. Had to make 2 trips for a visit set up previously.
