This was the first visit to Cherry Ridge for our new puppy. Our older dog and our cat also love Cherry Ridge as did our beloved Billy who passed. This was the first time with Dr. Henry. She was terrific,very loving and gentle with our new pup. We love you guys!

I have always been pleased by the doctors, techs and staff at CRVC. Only once I was unhappy and that was because i was not informed a dental procedure would occur later in the day and as a very nervous pet parent, not knowing caused me a lot of stress. A recommendation is to tell the pet parent approximately when the pet is scheduled to have the procedure done. It can help calm our nerves.

Both myself and T-bone were made to feel very at home at your office and I am so happy to have found you. BTW, T-bone s itching has completely stopped in just 2 days! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

The two techs, Natilie and Morgan were excellent with our boy Carson. He was there for his nail clipping. They were really good with him.

we Saw Dr. Diehl twice in one week. The first time was for a yearly exam & the second was because Piper was very sick, vomiting for over 14 hours. He was very competent & helpful on both appointments. When she was sick he gave her a shot & she was better in no time. I appreciate how knowledgeable & helpful he was. Chloe and Ashley were also very friendly & patient with the dogs.

All of Fritz s treatment was excellent as usual. And it s great that I can get him in on Saturday when I m off from my work. Dr. Gross is very good with him - he s an outdoor cat and quite independent so it s nice to have such good care providers! Thanks much, Gwyn Powers
