All were quite sympathetic to us about the sad news of our pet s sickness and impending death.

Dr. Gross is the best vet I’ve ever had. For two other docs I saw, each gave a death sentence for my dog and no guidance as to how to proceed with elevated renal scores. Dr Gross found another explanation and is treating my beloved Pearl for a kidney infection rather than renal failure. In two days there is a marked improvement in her appetite and demeanor. While there are no guarantees, I am coming from the point of view that her health will be regained if only for a short while. Thank you Dr. Gross!

Obviously, I wish my dog could have been seen the same day. However, the soonest any other vet other than the emergency service could see him was another 24 hour wait. And the staff were excellent

Dr. Trayes is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met in my life. Of course, he got me to cry even more than I had been before he came in the room when he remembered our CecilPuppy. Crystal was excellent and also made everything with this new pup of ours seem that it was going to be just fine. Thank you.

Staff was extremely helpful as I brought 3 cats in at the same time, one who was considered contagious and as a result they came out and assisted me going right into an exam room so as not to put other cats at risk. Very professional
