I was very pleased with the assistance we received at our appointment, however, my dog was sick for a couple days prior to being seen. Because there was a weekend and no one on site, we did use the televet. I felt that the service was good but the vet was not able to diagnose my dog s condition and she continued to struggle until we saw a Canfield vet. My dog got better after she saw the vet at Canfield - it took several more days but she if feeling better now.
