We had to wait for our appointment since their was a cat that needed emergency care. And that is one of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Bell and the facility. They do what needs to be done to help and pet and their owner no matter how much longer it will undoubtedly make their day. They apologized for the delay--while it was appreciated it was not needed. She spent as much time with our pets as she always would have. We appreciate her ethics, care, incredible knowledge and ability, and her compassion

Dr Julian is so great. He answers all your questions and provides support and informations to review so that you can feel knowledgeable and confident in your decision you make. It’s nice to have a Vet that shows love to my pup. It’s important to feel that they would love them as close to the amount you do so that you can respect the information and direction they provide. We are happy that he is part of the team.

Experience was fabulous! Front desk, vet tech and Dr.Drummond were great. I feel comfortable knowing that my dog is in the right hands to help him with his chronic ear infection. How about opening up a Sussex county location? We need you down here!

I am waiting for someone to call me from management. There is a charge that I was uninformed about.

I have called other times when I had an emergency with my birds. In each case, I was told no appointments were available, and my bird could not be seen in the emergency department. I ended up taking the birds on several occasions to Radnor Veterinary. They made time to see my bird

Dr. Anthony is an amazing and wonderful Vet. We have welcomed a feral cat into our home. Dr. Anthony has helped us along the way. Our young, shy, feral cat had an appointment with Dr. Anthony and it was the best experience... for our cat and for us. Dr. Anthony is so calm and gentle.... he is also wonderful with our older kitty.
