It was my first visit at this facility EVERYONE I encountered mad my visit a pleasurable experience. All of the staff were friendly, and professional. I really felt empathy and caring when it came to my daughters rabbit. I will definitely be returning. THANKS LADIES FOR CARING FOR OREO THE WAY THAT YOU DID!

Dr. Drummond is absolutely phenomenal, I recommend her and Windcrest Animal hospital to everyone!! All the staff at windcrest truly are amazing.

The person at the front desk, one with piercings over her face, was rough and aggressive and seemed annoyed when she saw that we arrived. We go to the vet because our fur babies are sick so a little Empathy is not going to hurt her. Otherwise, that is where I trust the care of my babies

wait time is too long when you have an appointment thats why we changed vets before so if it does not change we might be looking for another vet

I was looking for a friendly veterinary in town and by so far this is the best one. Everyone is so nice, and they treat by dog amazing. I love it.

I love this vet service! The people are awesome; professional, curtious and very caring with my kittie. Big shout out for Lori who graciously manages both ets and pet parents!

The Techs are very sweet and kind so one feels very comfortable and at ease. I think Dr Garrick did a through exam of our fur love but I just feel like I could have used a few more minutes to gather my thoughts and ask more questions.

Above and beyond as usual!! From the front desk all the way through the vet techs and vet himself, our experience was pleasant and informative. The sticker shock at the end of the visit wasn t the most pleasant experience; however, the goods and services we received more than softened the blow!

I was unable to select the 5 stars for excellent from my laptop. The veterinarian and the vet tech are excellent. Marigold was very relaxed during her exam.
