I never do reviews, but the service was so good and I am so thankful for the compassion my elderly little dog was shown, so leaving a review is the least I could do. We found out my dog had tumors and they didn’t have any openings for at least two months. I told them I was planning on leaving town soon for an extended period but would stick around for her surgery. The staff told me they would see what they could do in getting me in sooner. When they came back, I expected the soonest they could get me in would no be for at least another two weeks or so, and to my surprise, they had an appointment for her ready in two days! They were informative, diligent, and Larry took the time to explain to us what the next steps were. The staff was very friendly and personable. We have taken our other dogs there before and the service is always amazing. I highly recommend them for your pet’s needs, they will be the peace of mind you deserve!

I gave 2 stars, because we didn’t go in, they basically came out to get our dog and then brought her back after her shots. I have no idea where they gave her the shots (neck, leg) no explanation on how she would feel. Gave us the bill and that was it. Felt like going through a drive through.

Ridiculous. Called ahead. Waited almost two hours. No feedback. $440 for services that should have taken 15 minutes. HMMMMM. no apologies either. moving to another provider unless some realistic explanation is given. Just want to feel valued. was going to make dental appointments for both dogs in Feb... I don t think so.

The support staff lead by Ann along with the patience of her associates coming out to the car to get Snoopy was amazing. They handled him well, and showed compassion toward my pet. Dr Leah was also very thorough in her care. We value the staff at Sebring, they go above and beyond. Thank you all!

I thought the bill was a bit high. Brought our dog in to be checked for possible UTI that was negative. The cost was $135. I have to bring her back in again b/c she has same symptoms and maybe a blood test will have to be done.

The Sebring AH staff do an excellent job under very limited conditions. Dr. Larry is awesome and always fills us in so we re not worried pet parents with little Peaches. We love all the staff and doctors. Hoping they all have a safe, well holiday season!

I’m sure office facilities are clean, but due to COVID-19 no one is allowed inside the building at this time. Note: when I arrived I called the phone number to announce I had arrived for my pet’s appointment. The line was busy for almost 10 minutes so I couldn’t get through. That was a bit annoying.
