We have a lot of confidence in all of the staff. Timely appointments are an issue. I needed to call 3 times before getting a same day appointment. First available appointment was 3 weeks out. Maybe telemedicine would work?

The doctor is so gentle with my African Gray. He works quickly and this means less stress for my bird. His assistant has a great personality. Thanks to everyone for making the visit so pleasant. Also, the doctor s fee for grooming is very reasonable. I look forward to future appointments.
