I think that despite covid we should still be able to come in with our pets

The girls were wonderful. When asked a question that found the answer. Only concern I called back on Monday with a concern and never recieved another callback until I called back the next day.

Dr. Chris was incredible. She took such good care of our girl Bella. She took the time to explain in detail my cat s procedure, answered all of my questions and treated us with empathy and respect. Her compassion and love for animals came through in every conversation. The whole staff has been amazing. Thank you all.

I was not able to go into office due to Covid19 they entry way Was very clean .Dr. Marky explained that Jersey weight went up and gave me ideas on how to lower weight she also explained Jersey had tartare build up on her back teeth and suggested I brush her teeth. I did feel Dr. Marky was rushed into speaking with me. I didn t get a chance to ask for suggestion in brushing Jersey teeth

Every time we have been to the ark The service and care has been above exceptional. Starting from the front desk, the techs and doctors have been polite professional friendly and courteous. They demonstrate a true care and compassion to our pets and with us!

Tried to take the survey but could not change anything.

When talking with the person during the follow up phone call I was a bit disappointed with the advice given. It was clear it was general advice and that his chart was not reviewed before discussing options with me. The staff did ask the doctor my questions once I provided more information from his background. It was a little disheartening when a pet parent was calling extremely concerned and looking for advice and was told things that would not be good for that pet that they cared for.

My first visit with Jeanne, cat I adopted from Lollypop. Got an appointment much quicker than I anticipated. Practice honored voucher for free exam. Vet called me (as I chose to remain in my car), she was thorough, answered all my questions and did a “complimentary “ ear clean, as Jeanne had been treated for ear mites at Lollypop. I was very happy with whole experience. Staff was very nice, very friendly and efficient. Vet was very nice and helpful. Thanks to everyone!

Katie was awesome to work with. The dr we saw was rude. Said our dog wasn’t socialized, not the case. Said since he looks like a rescue that he’s nasty, he feels cornered in the exam rooms. She missed questions regarding a puppy we’re bringing to the practice as in regards to the puppy plan and insurance suggestions. I won’t visit with that dr again.

When scheduling appointments take a moment to explain what the process is for exams/well visits. It wasn’t until I called back to reschedule that I found out that due to COVID the appts were curbside and what that meant. Put together a quick shpiel advising “Due to COVID, we are doing things differently at this time...” Maybe verify that none of the humans in the home are sick or were asked to quarantine while you’re at it, to protect yourselves! Other than this, everyone is always friendly in your office and easy to talk to. Went over my bill with me to make sure I understand everything on it. Really great office!

They are good deaf friendly. Communication with through on laptop which nice! Keep it up!:)

I understand this is a crazy time but I was told on the phone and in an email a few days before my appointment that I would be able to go in with my pets. I wasn’t, and again I understand but was very surprised and confused when I got to the door. Also when my pets were taken from me the vet wasn’t wearing a mask so it seemed weird that I wasn’t able to go in but then no masks were being worn... I have never had a bad experience before here and this are different now but I was just disappointed...

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Seidel and the entire staff! Everyone has always been friendly and always willing to answer all my questions and the way they treat my dogs makes me feel confident that they are being well cared for when I cant be in with them. They are all amazing!!

Really appreciate Dr Seidel seeing Maggie on such short notice. Always excellent care
