Extremely long wait over an hour is too much. I have experienced this before as well. To experience this after waiting a week for an appointment with a sick cat is over the top.It makes me want yo find a new clinic!

The staff are amazing! Ashley took the time to explain everything I never feel rushed and she answers all my questions plus Jake really likes her ?? I highly recommend Sunrise

We are new pet owners and have loved our visits to sunrise so far. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful!

Dr. Ashley gave us all the information and options available after blood work results. She called us to see if we would like to proceed with the dental surgery we had initially booked. We weren t comfortable to go ahead so we were very thankful she called us first! She even made time to see us when we came to pick up Obi to discuss the results further. We never once felt pressured and she did her best to calm two worried doggie parents. Dr. Ashley is awesome!

I didn’t get a follow up appointment after my dogs surgery. I wasn’t made aware I had to ask to get them booked. I called anyways to book them - no big deal !

I absolutely love Dr.Wilson and all the staff at Sunrise! I would however like to see some sort of rewards program for loyal customers or maybe a discount on your second dog s visit fee. I have spent thousands at Sunrise/Torbay Road Animal hospital and am constantly recommending you guys to friends/family searching for a vet. With so many options in St. John s/surrounding areas for veterinary care, I just think that loyal clients should be given a little break on high fees. (example: 10% off 2nd dog s exam fee if bringing both for a check up at the same time. or some sort of points system that can be used for credit towards nail trims or whatever you decide. I recently considered going to a new vet because it was cheaper (discount for 2nd dog), but ultimately decided that seeing Dr. Wilson was worth the extra money. I may not always be in the position to pay extra, and other people may not be willing to. Service wise, sunrise could not be any better! Business wise, maybe a little revamping could make a world of difference!

I did not prefer the vet herself. She seemed ignored when my cats hide behind the computer and put one in a cupboard to get it out of the way. I would think a vet would be used to animal behavior. When I book next time I will make sure it is not with her.

Thank you for taking the time to explain what Butti needed at home. Thr staff were very helpful. Both vets gave a full explanation of what was done to care for Butti, in a process of eliminating what could be causing his issues. Also I appreciate that Butti got some attention cuddles/scratches. Thank you.

I feel the provider should have asked me questions about my pets recent surgeries and if there were any problems. How he was doing . All was said was heart sounded good,lungs sounded good .

The staff here are just amazing!! My pets are completely comfortable with them all. My dog jax has very severe anxiety and they are just wonderful with him! I highly recommend this animal hospital ??

Dr. Erin Wilson is an amazing vet. She takes the time to be thorough with her patients, and has a wonderful caring bedside manner with her patients and the patients family.

We love this facility. Some days you wait longer than others, but it s because they care and everyone takes the time to make sure their customers and patients are well taken care of. Id reccommend this vet to any of my pet loving friends and aquaintences.

The only problem was waiting to pay. I had to wait 45 minutes but I do realize your system was down. Other than that it was great! Dr. Wilson is amazing and goes above and beyond!! Thank you!! :)

Awful noise of dogs barking in the waiting room. Perhaps a separate waiting area for cats or staff could suggest owners bring their dogs to their vehicles while waiting for their bills.
