our pet was there for a couple of shots which she was do to have and during the examination the vet suggested that we have our pets teeth cleaned and she would have a staff member call us with the price which she did later on that day. to our surprise we were quoted $800.00 to a $1000.00 which I thought was ridiculous. I think they should rethink the pricing policy.

Receptionists were friendly and helpful.Dr.Natasha Noseworthy was excellent with our dogs. We drive more than an hour each way to visit your facility andwe are quite happy with the service and experience every time.

I have been taking Sheena for laser therapy for approximately 16 months, my only comment would be to make the availability of appointments more convenient. The only evening appointments are on Monday and if Monday is a holiday then I need to take time off work to attend an appointment on Wednesday. I would also like to add that Chelsea is amazing with Sheena, from day one she made Sheena feel comfortable with what was going on and also made me feel comfortable. Pets are part of your family now and to have people treat them and you in that special way is truly a gift and Sunrise has that with their staff.

The wait time after seeing the vet is always much too long. Upwards of a 30 minute wait just to get the bill and any meds.

Our appointment was April 27 and we asked to have an estimate for gum surgery for our dog. We understood that the veterinarian s assistant had already started to prepare the estimate and that we would receive it the next day. We are still waiting.

Given the circumstances of an unexpected visit to the clinic, I was very pleased with the service I received from all parties involved. I was however, quite surprised when I called in to see if I could be seen that day (Saturday) that there was a significant walk-in fee ; I don t know if I ve ever had to pay that before. In spite of that, I have no -nor have I ever had any- complaints or issues with any services from the clinic: the reception/support staff have always been kind and accommodating, and the doctors and medical team are well-informed and compassionate to all, pets and people alike.

I found it very difficult to understand the vet that treated Mollie. I actually had to ask the assistant of Mollie s results when I was waiting to pay my bill. Since Mollie s visit, I have been in contact with assistants in your office & they have been very helpful and it is great they have been following up on Mollie s condition.

Dr. Noseworthy and staff were so compassionate and caring. I was faced with the difficult decision to euthanize my 16 year old cat, Lucy. I appreciate the time each staff member spent with us and how gentle they were with my little girl. Thanks

I am very happy so far with this vet clinic, my visit was for a second opinion and hoping they had answers. Well after only 3 days of new medication my baby seems to be doing a lot better! I couldn t be happier that he is willing to try different meds instead of trying to get me to spend 2000.00 on an ekg first! The doctor was very good at explaining everything and how we should proceed from here. Overall amazing experience. Thank you so much!

Some online system of checking in and updating if appt will be on time or delayed... I have the same issue with wait times for humans too with a wait time in the general reception area and then another wait time I the private patient room... for 45 min... but only for Dr. D.
