We have been patrons of Sunrise for 15 years. We had a long wait before our scheduled appointment earlier this week and had to wait close to 30 more minutes while our Dr. took a phone call. Then dismayed when we still were charged our $74 consolation fee with a $45 charge for a 10 minute professional fee

Emergency services should be kept. I certainly cannot afford after hours services at the emergency clinic. It would force me, if not many others, to choose between their love of their pet or struggling to pay for existing bills at it is. Please keep the emergency services you have.

The staff are really friendly. I usually request to see the same vet for all my pets as it s important for me to have someone who is familiar with their history and can readily identify anything that s abnormal with them. So I don t always get to see the vet of my choice immediately and will willing wait a couple of days if the incident with my pet isn t urgent. I like to send my compliments to Dr. Erin Wilson, she is a very compassionate vet and very knowledgeable. She always takes the time to make sure her clients and their pets are doing ok.

The coat of the medications is very high. Makes it difficult to give proper care to your pet.

We saw Dr. Ryan and she was very helpful, explained procedures to us, and showed us an easy way to get our cat Amber in her kennel as she doesn t like it at all.

I had my cat Harley nugget Davidson (hand) in Monday and they quoted me the same price as the last time I went there as I got there often to Demat my kitty s fur as she s very long hair and morbidly obese I believe was the term you guys used. The lady who spoke with me at discharge was great in her explanations but I was quoted 268 when I booked the appointment and then told again at the courtesy call on Saturday. Then I went in and was told it was 539. I spent my rent on my cat and was told I d have a manager call me to try to help me get some money back so I could pay my rent and then pay you again next week or she also said that the manager could refund some as it was a huge gap in the price I expected. I have no problem paying it but I wouldn t have brought her in until next week if I had to know it went up three hundred dollars I wasn t prepared to pay for. But the manager has not called me I m kind of in a serious bind and I will continue to get her dematted at sunrise but I couldn t believe the jump in price with out any heads up to be prepared. I d like to still have the manager call me. Other then that. You guys take care of my cat better then anywhere I used to go. So thank you 7460157

I think the services were great and we were treated well, however, I think that $74.25 is a little too expensive for a dental pre-cleaning check when there are no other issues.
