I understand that animals will go to the bathroom where ever they please but the smell is a bit overwhelming in the rooms. Maybe try a stronger cleaner or having puppy pads in place in the rooms.

There was one hiccup.... AT Torbay Road On Saturday we were given the wrong prescription for Chloe (Opticare instead of Optimune) and. because the clinic closed at 3, we weren t able to make the change until Monday morning. Also, we weren t advised of the examination fee for Mr Doodles until Monday... Not a problem...just awkward.

Excellent service! I was so happy to get in to get my little guy seen a day after calling, the Doctor explained the tests and asked for permission before giving them, and i appreciate the office calling a few days later (seen on saturday called on monday) to ensure everything was going ok.

My dog Chase is an older dog that was adopted at 5 years old. He can be untrusting on times but the staff at Sunrise always handle him well and I feel confident he gets great patience and care at Sunrise.

SunRise Animal Hospital Has ALWAYS Been Great With Wife & I, and Our TWO Pet Dogs... Dr. DEE is OUTSTANDING, Very Good, Personable, and Very Friendly Also.... We Do Notice Some Front Staffing Changes Often, And Some of The Ladies, Are Kind & Friendly... Some are Very Quiet, Seems Unfriendly, Etc... They Just DO NOT Say Much... THIS Animal Hospital Is and Always Been Outstanding, But We Have Always Noticed THIS With The Front Counter Staff, Greeters, ETC. IF This was a Little More Focused ON, and Younger Ladies Trained for Customers, & to Explain The Invoices a Little More, WITH a SMILE, This Hospital is and Would BE A PERFECT 6 * Animal Hospital for ALL Great PETS....

Dr. Noseworthy and the staff were wonderful as usual. That s why we ve taken all of our vets to Sunrise over the years. However, I don t think a long time customer should have been charged the $60 during normal working hours for a very scary event with our Jake.
