We have found Sunrise Excellent, not only our last appointment but at 4 more appointments last winter, one of these appointments, we had to have our 8 month Cat willow put down at the torbay Hos rd.because of a stroke, they were very surportive and even sent a sympathy card that is cherished at this House Thank you very much

Once again our visit to Sunrise was excellent. We were seen quickly and on time and given multiple options to ensure our pet was given the best care. The staff were super friendly, even to take our second pet for a nail trim and clean up duty when she had a potty accident. We have no worries our fur babies get the best care!! Thank you Sunrise!!

The Assistants & Dr. Dobbin were charming & friendly,everything was explained to us & all our questions were answered perfectly. I gave a poor rating because of this. I wasn t at your office for a recent appointment. So I really do not know about the last four questions. I called for a appointment and I was told that I could not be seen until the next week sometime. My dog Mylo is precious to me and I was not going to wait a week with a severe ear infection. They said they were putting him on the cancelation list. They said that the cancelation list was lengthy as well. I called another animal hospital to find out they had a walk in clinic available until 10 AM. We bought him there to be seen. they went beyond our expectations. We will be taking Mylo here from now on . Thanks. Shirlean.

The veterinarian was lovely and very helpful, however, the staff person on the front desk (lady with glasses) was incredibly rude. I asked her if my cats pills were known for being bitter because I was wondering if I could mix them into his food without him noticing. Her response was I don t know i didn t pre taste these pills . I didn t find that response helpful.

I was previously bringing my puppy to another veterinary office but after my experience with Dr. Farooq I will continue to return to Sunrise. He spent plenty of time examining my pup and explaining any tests he was doing as well as results. More than happy with the service he provided.

my pet has been a patient there on several occasions. If your pet isn t sick you don t make appointments.When I walk in with a sick pet you charge a walk in fee of 60.00 when your waiting room is almost empty

Walkin fee was never explained until we were billed. When my husband called he was told that walkins were available but not told it was an extra $60. I was not told about the fee until it was time to pay, after the appointment. $300 for a minor ear infection seems very expensive. Emperor treatment would have seemed a reasonable first step of therapy if that failed then a swab would have been reasonable. The ear drops are the same that have been given in the past for this same issue and swabs were not done in the past. oral steroids for a ear infection is over kill. She has not been scratching her ears and does not seem to be in any discomfort so we are not going to give her the steroids. We just felt we were billed for unnecessary procedures and drugs in addition to not being informed the walkin would be an extra $60. The vetranarian was nice and friendly but we felt we were charged unnecessarily. We have treated this same issue at other vet clinics for aprroximately $100, a third of what we paid for this visit.

I found quite a difference at the Sunrise location versus the one on Torbay road. Dr. Wilson as always was great but the staff did nothing extra to welcome me or explain my bill once received. I also found it quite long waiting to get registered when I first arrived, in part it was busy but also staff seemed to value their conversations more than service. Thanks

All of the above questions is excellent I had a wonderful experience and my puppy seemed very comfortable.. That is all one can ask for. I dealt with you guys with my other dog who passed away five years ago and I had the same caring and warm feeling then so I would never go anywhere else.
