Great Appointment and Staff were great!

Everything was wonderful. The only comment I would like to make is that when I picked up Misha, the Veterinary Assistant reviewed her blood work with me and told me her platelets were a little high. I would have preferred for a Vet to have explained to me exactly what that means. Other than that, great service.

I am fully satisfied with the facility and staff for sure! I knew Lola was in great hands with your staff who was taken great care of no doubt. We will always use this hospital for her needs!! :)

Waited one hour for my dogs appointment. I asked the lady on the desk how much longer she said not sure the doctor is behind. I watched 5 other clients come after me go in. I left and went to another clinic

Dr. Dogar goes above and beyond for the animals under his care. The staff is friendly and informed.

On my visit, which took approximately 10 minutes, I was charged $70 to see the doctor. That was on top of the charge to have my dog s anal glands cleaned and medication for the procedure. Outrageous price to see a doctor for 10 minutes! I will not be returning!!

Amazing service ??

I brought my puppy in part 2 of his vaccincation and had to pay on my account for my dog who passed away 2 weeks prior. The staff during the emergency visit were wonderful to me and let me hold my dog until I was ready to leave. The staff at this appt never even mentioned I owed money - I brought it up and they were so kind to me I couldn t believe it. They treat my dogs like people - so do I! Thanks - hopefully my new dog has as many great years with Sunrise as the first one did!

Is there a way that you can see the same Dr each time you visit ? Seeing different drs each visit I feel they don t know my dog

We think that Dr. Dobbin is a wonderful Veternarian. She is very competent and compassionate.

I received a nice handout/ Information sheet on Puppy Housetraining, etc. when I checked out at the desk. The information in it was excellent, but it was pretty dense, and it made me wonder how many new puppy owners would actually read it? It is possible that presenting it in another format (e.g., a briefer version that looks less intimidating in print), with a link to a webpage that contains the full information might be a better way to get new owners to take in all that important information. I think a lot of people expect to find their info on the web and not in print these days, so getting that kind of information on the website and having a sheet that directs clients to the right place might be something to consider.

Dr. Dee is fantastic, as always. Great clinic in every way.

Please keep the same level of service. We are grateful to have Dr.D as our veterinarian and indeed the smiles and the friendliness of the staff is what makes sunrise the best place for our pets.

Very thankful for the great care we get at Sunrise and especially from Dr. Wilson. I did note that the wait for having prescriptions filled was significantly shorter than my last visit and I appreciated that too.

Hi, I was going to fill out the survey but found it a bit odd that when I went to click on a star, the star I clicked on and all the ones following it would be greyed out. Not sure what was going on. I do a lot of survey’s for work and usually when you click on something, as a star, only that item would highlight. When I click on star 4 for instance, both stars 4 and 5 go grey. A bit confusing.
