Regular annual check-up: There was a 50 minute wait to get in to the scheduled appointment. When I finally asked about the wait, the staff checked and informed me that there were 2 walk-in diagnostics who were there first. I am unsure if these cases were emergencies , and even if they were, there were 2 vets working that day. It appeared that both went to the vet we were to see, as several other people / animals that arrived after we did got to see a vet prior to us. Long wait times have occurred much too often, and although we have been coming to this clinic for several years, we are seriously considering moving to another clinic for that very reason.

Walk in charges are unfortunate for repeat costumers. If there is not a vet available for an appointment then why is there one suddenly available at a premium charge if a customer walks in ? While the walkin appointment is indeed helpful, even at the extra charge .......It would be more helpful and more caring customer service if a couple of appointment times each day were held for your clients who need help who could not foresee the problem at hand. There could be some triage at the time of the phone call.

Your staff was fantastic, I was a walk in and the front des staff was friendly and helpful. They made me feel at ease over Mischief s needs. The doctor was amazing, he really great with my dog.

Dr. D is always wonderful. It s just too bad that it often takes a while to get in to see him, but it is understandable.

I wanted to say that it s an absolute pleasure dealing with all doctors and staff at sun rise, in my recent appointment I dealt with Dr. Ashley Dobbin and she was so caring, sincere, friendly with my nervous cat, for that reason I would not want to leave and go to any other veterinary service. Thank you.

As always, we had a wonderful visit. Since Beau has been diagnosed with diabetes, Sunrise has been really great to us, especially Dr. Dobbin & Kelly (vet assistant). Thanks for the great service as always!

The medical part of the process was excellent as always. It seemed to me that the timing and clerical aspects could do with some improvement. On arrival you stand in a sort of ragged line at the desk waiting for attention. This can take some time and is not made any easier by the fact that most people are trying to manage animals at the same time. Most of the time I was waiting there was only one person on the desk. Occasionally another person would appear and check in a client and then disappear. There didn t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to who was on the desk and who wasn t. Once you are checked in you then sit in the waiting room for what seems a long time. Then you are called into a clinic where you wait for another long time. On completion of the consultation, the process for paying is much the same as checking in. I was there on time. My facetime with the doctor was about 5 minutes but the whole process took an hour. The rest of the time was just waiting.

Normally, we dont wait more than 15 minutes to see the vet..this time we were waiting over 50, and it wasnt until the the vet said we dont really need to be in after we waited so long...

Dr. D took the time to connect with my chihuahua. She is very timid and easily scared but he did whatever he could to make her feel loved and cared for. Means a lot to me as I am putting all my trust in someone to take the best care of my baby girl. Still nervous about her surgery but I feel I can trust him.

As new clients of Sunrise, I just want to say how pleased we are with the overall experience we ve had to date. Chloe and Mr. Doodles tell us they re very happy in their new surroundings too. So, thanks everyone. Bob and Mickie

I was not happy that we had to pay a 60.00 walk in fee. I think this is way to much. If I was a walk in and not an existing client I could see charging that much. The clients of Sunrise should not have to pay that much. When we are in distress over our animals I feel this is taking advantage.

All of the staff act in a professional and courteous manner and have been doing so for as long as I have been bringing Jersey to the location. From a lifelong owner, I appreciate the service provided!

The wait was a bit long to make the appointment but only because I wanted to see a certain veterinarian. Other then that everything was great. I absolutely love Dr. Wilson and my cats love her as well. Staff are also very nice. I would not go anywhere else :)
