I am always very happy with the excellent care my dogs receive at Sunrise. The staff and Drs are truly the best and I feel the prices are very fair and the care and treatment is top notch. I always take the opportunity when I can to comment very positively about Sunrise and their staff on social media and I have referred other pet owners to Sunrise when I have been asked for advice. I cannot say enough about this wonderful hospital. I have a great deal of confidence in the professional expertise at Sunrise. They are the best. My only regret is that they are no longer available for ER care. Understandable as there are certainly challenges to doing this for individual animal hospitals. I haven t reached a comfort zone with the ER clinic yet but hopefully I will over time. Having a great veterinary practice in your life is probably one of the most important things for pet owners. I am very grateful and appreciative for SAH. Thanks for all that you do!

I asked to see the bill in advance of paying (I was fully prepared to pay it but felt I should be allowed to see the breakdown of costs in advance) but was told I could not see it until I paid. Your policy should be that customers are provided with the bill to review in advance of paying.

Dr. Erin Wilson and the rest of the staff at both Sunrise and Torbay Rd. animal hospitals have been nothing but kind and giving to our family as whole for many years now. Erin Wilson is hands down the best vet we have worked with in our 26 years of pet ownership.

All of the above questions received an excellent. (I couldn t tell if this registered or not) Dr. Ryan explained everything to me and listened and took what I told her into her consideration. My only comment would be that it would be nice to have pills divided at the clinic. I think there is a special tool for cutting pills and I seem to make quite a mess when I try to do it at home.

My dog just needed antinflammitory medication for his knees and I had to pay 163$. Wish there was just a way to get the necessary meds. When u know what the problem is.

So unsatisfied one girl just dropped leash on floor instead of putting in my hand when she brought my dog back. I called next day ,my dog was worse and the ear infection he had was not his issue from screaming out. when we called office was told we would be charged again for visit when clearly vet missed something the day before. We took dog to another clinic and he is now on medications . This clinic obviously is about money not animals well being disappointed is understatement. I will never take my animals back there and I have lots of friends and families who have animals will now not do same. Think about how much it cost people for taking their animals to vet but to see vet one day and be told next day be charged for same problem just doesn t seem very professional at all.

Since our first initial visit we had to put our dog down & what bothers me the most is that the vet never even as much as called to give condolences or to see how we were doing after the loss of our dog. Had spoke with her that day on the telephone regarding the issue & thought that she would have contacted us after having to go through such a heartbreaking experience of losing our dog. We were very fortunate that our dog didn t have to have many veterinary visits in her lifetime. But during the 2 week span of deciding on different medication choices for our dog; herself or part of the team, were in contact with myself or my husband regarding prescriptions. Maybe that was the problem after not spending more money then we were of no more interest. Sorry but that is how this experience has made us feel. We loved our dog very much & the least she could of done was contacted us at some point after our loss. I know they are very busy at times but just that little bit of compassion would of been nice.
