Dr. D and his assistant we re awesome. They knew how worried my daughter and I were, especially after losing one dog in June. We were scared that our remaining dog was unexpectedly very sick and I was relieved to know that she was going to be fine!! I trust Dr. D with my pets since 2007 and he hasn t failed me yet!!! Thanks!!

Your prices have increased dramatically in last several years. I am disappointed that I had to pay 80$ plus tax for less than 5 minute appt to look at my dog to get her regular medication renewed. This pricing structure is not feasible for the typical pet owner. Also the meds I get have also increased from average 78$ to now 93$ per bottle in two years. Again, this is way too much for the client needs.

Unable to rate. items 2-6 I would score five stars. item 1 - I called to book appt and was told it would be 5 days, which I thought was a long time, so not easy to been seen from that perspective. I opted to walk in and was seen immediately, so that was great. Vet and staff were exceptional!! I would highly recommend this clinic.

With regards to Question 5, I am still awaiting a quote for surgery.

Prices are too high. Liquid meds too hard to extract from large bottles. Should also have child resistant csa lids.

Although we were seen on time, it would have been nice to be placed in the exam room earlier (as soon as the room was available) as waiting with other (possibly ill) dogs seemed to be overwhelming and stressful for some dogs. However, as indicated by my ratings, I am very pleased with the service.

It would be nice when given a medication (such as worm medication) to know the possible side effects or what it will do to the dog. It was my first time at a vet with my puppy and I was unsure of any side affects or symptoms it might cause.

I m very happy with the entire process beginning with making the appointment to after surgery care and billing, not to mention the personal debriefing. My cat is feeling great and healing fast. The cat has found her doctor.

Unable to book appt online .... did not work. unable to book appt by phone ...could not get through to a person. This was the most frustrating part of the experience. If this could be looked in to and fixed that would be great. Thank you .

Everything was good except for the wait in the exam room waiting for the vet .We had a appointment for 12:30 we arrived at 12:25 was seen to the exam room and had to wait till over a half hour before seen by the vet .

Sunrise is the best. I know the staff care about me and my furbabies!

dunno what I am going to do when dr. rahlan retires I have trusted him and only him for years with my pets he is the most awesome vet ever!!!
