My visit to Sunrise Clinic was amazing the staff and clients were really friendly and understanding and informative. the reason why i went to this clinic was because a friend suggested it for the walk in services due to want my pet seen before the weekend and the clinic i normally go to did not have an appointment available. But we will most definitely be returning for all my pets needs!

It was difficult making an appointment -- the phone wasn t answered. It would have been helpful to know (maybe a message while on hold) I could make the appointment online.

Cat had a UTI . Had to wait 5 days to be seen poor little thing was so uncomfortable and sore from it! Didn t try to fit her in or suggest a faster way to be seen ! Other then this care received at the appointment was good

We truly regret not having switched care of our beloved cats to your firm many years ago. You are head and shoulders above our previous provider of vet care.

It bothers me that you have to wait so long to get your bill. My dog gets stressed easily and having to wait 15 minutes or more is difficult and stressful. There needs to be a better system for billing and payment.

Dr.Dobbin is the absolute best. Remembered Lily and her symptoms from the previous year when it happened last and is still continuing to follow up on her recovery. Definitely an asset and the kind of person I love to have working with my baby :)

Very satisfying experience

The girl who I seen before my cat, Bentley, went into surgery (the one who went through all the information and had me sign forms) was extremely friendly and very helpful!! When I left Bentley, I knew he was in good hands, as she assured me he would be. When I picked up Bentley after his surgery, the girl that went over the procedure and home instructions with me was very professional and friendly; I didn t even have any questions for her, as she answered everything I needed to know! The staff at Torbay Rd animal hospital are always fantastic. The girls at the reception desk and out back are always friendly and give Kobi my doodle so much attention they spoil him. And the vets take SO much time with him and explain everything perfectly. I have been taking my babies here for a very long time and I would never change that.

My only issue is I was quoted $93 but somehow ended up paying $140 . I guess they added things on . I was lucky I had enough money. I still have to get two more rounds of shots and him fixed I hope it s not and extra 50 for each. I was quote : 1st set $93 plus tax (distemper parvo vaccine and full exam) 2nd set $93 plus tax (distemper parvo vaccine and full exam) 3rd set $137 plus tax (distemper parvo vaccine, bordetella vaccine, rabies vaccine and full ex I have already spent $2100 on my cat last year so I am drained. Before and after visiting I laid my dog on the grassy area between the parking lot and road and it was full of poop. I was very surprised this area is not clraned and maintained. It would be nice if this was cleaned up regularly. Not everyone cleans up after their animals. Just a thought...tks!

I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time. This is an ongoing problem over the years. My pet was getting disturbed being in a strange place for longer than needed. It was an annual check-up and fortunately everything was good. Staff was pleasant and professional. However, when you are waiting in a room with your pet and can hear staff laughing and carrying on through the doors, it makes you wonder if this is the cause of the delay.

Think everyone down there is fabulous. I have been coming there for 11 years and no complaints.

I love the clinic. The only thing I wish could be different are your floors. My dog has a bad leg and she slips and slides on the floor. I m always holding my breath hoping she doesn t hurt herself. Other than that your staff is fantastic! I couldn t ask for better.

Excellent service, as Charlie has an ongoing condition and the staff was very accommodating to getting him in to have his bloodwork done. The vet then followed up with a phone call to see how he was doing.
