The pricing for services and medications should be explained before the visit and before medicines are dispensed.

I have always found the Torbay Road Clinic to be excellent. I appreciate that the clinic always call to check on their patient a couple of days later. I love the caring way Dr. Ralhan treats my cats. I always come away with a good feeling.

The staff at Sunrise Animal Hospital and Torbay are very friendly. Andrea (Dr. P. Ryan s assistant is so helpful and kind.)

I ve been taking my animals there now for 10 years I ve always found the service wonderful and the staff there are very kind and let you take your time with you animals like when I had my dog few years ago and last week my cat put down !! It s very important that you have staff that have compassion and sympathy through these difficult times .. Thank you once again for all that you do ??

Dr Dogar was so compassionate and understanding and took such good care of my old girl! The staff are also wonderful, he took the time to message me Sunday to remind me to take of her bandage and the staff called today to see how she was doing! :)

Excellent service and good friendly staff

The only suggestion I would offer is to try and shorten the time spent waiting for the medications and bill. Sometimes it can take quite a while. Otherwise I have been very pleased with the service and staff.

Dr dobbin is a wonderful vet!! She is always very polite and sincere. I refer her to all my pet mommies!
