Whoever thought it was a good idea to give a liquid medication with a syringe that doesn t work? I know the gabapentin is available in pill form. For a fraction of the cost! The medication is helpful for my Sofie, but I wasted at least 2 doses because the syringe wouldn t work. I suggest you find a solution.

The Drs need to take time to speak to and relate to customers. Appts feel rushed, almost gives off a get em and get em out vibe. The doctor made comments regarding my dogs condition and made notes in the computer but made no attempt to discuss anything with me until I asked for more information. Doctors should be explaining things to pet parents as they go, not just waiting for customers to ask.

Dr could spend more time with patient other than just enough time to give shots. The entire appt took less time than it took for me to drive there and my pet was a new patient. Thought I would have had a longer appointment
