When I arrived for appointment I was the only one waiting. Then gradually 15, 20 minutes later 3 different people came in & they were seen ahead of my dog.I felt I should have been gone 1st since I was there 1st.

Staff was very helpful, compassionate, patient, and kept it together and professional considering only having a few computers to check in on and being supper busy first thing in the morning! I will use companion for my future visit and highly recommend them to others.

I am new to Klamath area and this is the first time I needed a vet. I did some asking around to find someone I would like and two of my coworkers recommended Companion. I felt welcomed the minute we walked through the door. Everyone was very friendly and nice.

I was very pleased with my visit. Yall took very good care of my Diva. You did her nails while she was sedated. Most places still would have charged me for that. Right now I m still waiting for a phone call about the Adequan but your office must be busy.

The last two years it has been extremely hard to get in. We have had to go to 4 other vets because it’s impossible to get in during an emergency. The last visit was easier but I’m still not confident things are back to normal. Very scary in an emergency. I do like getting to wait in my car until the appointment. I hated sitting in there for sometimes up to 2 hours. It’s so much better now. I don’t dread the visits. If I had to say improve on anything I’d say reception and availability. Thank you for the last 20 years of service.
