I always enjoy bringing my pets in to be seen here, as the vet techs and vets are always so kind and inviting! The rooms (including waiting room) are always clean and comforting. The only thing I don’t enjoy is that whoever was working the front desk the day I came in was not inviting in anyway. She didn’t seem like she truly cared about myself, or my dog. I didn’t feel welcomed by her, and felt like I was a burden with any questions or concens I had. Other than that, I love this vet office.

AARP recommended HeartShade Plus a generic for heart worm protection they said it sold for $20.00. Mentioned in July/August AARP Bulletin can you get this savings for us seniors?

It would have been nice to have been acknowledged when I arrived, There were 3 women at the front desk, one was putting stuff away, another speaking with someone behind the door to the exam rooms and one sitting in a chair, it would have been respectful for one of them to say, Someone will be with you shortly. None of them said anything to me, so I went and sat with y dog until an aid brought someone elses dog out and asked me if I had been helped, I said No, she took care of me immediately. Most people don t mind a wait if they are at least acknowledged.

I cannot express how blessed I am to have such an amazing veterinarian and staff. Thank you for taking such great care of my pets! ??

Seems that teeth cleaning is a bit pricey but overall very satisfied with everything!

ive been comming to this clinic for about 35 years. i went in on thurs and was told there were no appt s til monday. 2 of my dogs needed booster shots and the little one jazzy need her anal gland cleaned they brought her to me so we could go and i noticed wet feces all over her back end...it was like nobody checked her out to see if everything was ok. i thought it was sloppy service.

I called the clinic and asked how much it would cost to get my female cat fixed and was told it would be $45, I got to the clinic and was told it was going to be around $180 went to pick her up and it cost me $104. Not a major problem but something to maybe watch.

Please train the receptionists who come to get you and your pet to call the person s name and not the animal s. The person is paying the bill, putting up with a difficult pet, and is the one waiting. This is incredibly rude and really needs to be taught to these staffers. Rudeness won t keep clients.

Had a long wait (>1 hr) for a scheduled appointment.

Wondering if it s a possibility to mop the exam rooms with disinfectant in between clients. I always wonder if a contagious dog or cat was in the room before me (and my dog or cat) Or maybe this is a moot point, since parvo in dogs and panleukopenia in cats is impossible to get rid of?

The waiting time was very long was packed on Wednesday the 11th. If you have an appointment for surgery you should not have to wait for all the others in front of you!! Unless they all have appointments also. I have been a client for 18 years! And sometimes I don t feel like you get noticed for that!! Thanks Charlene

Everything regarding my dog s spay went extremely well- I especially appreciated the follow up call first thing the next morning. My only suggestion: during her spay, she had her toenails trimmed and was qwiked in the process. Please keep an eye out on how short you re trimming their nails! Thanks xx
