Everyone was very friendly and helpful even though they were very busy.

Companion pet is the best vet in town they treat my babys like thier own always going over and above for all my babys special needs ...they send cards and plant pads with every one s notes in them when I lose a baby

I have been going there for 30 years. I started taking my pets when Dean was the only Vet there! He is amazing! But I have always thought very highly of all the Vets. It used to be one could walk in and see a Vet immediately. Now you have to book an appointment a week or two in advance. That just shows how popular Companion Pet Clinic is. A wonderful place!

Our dog was prescribed a medication that caused a terrible reaction, including diarrhea. Galliprant was something our older male dog had the same reaction to about a year ago, and they are the same breed. I was dissatisfied that the vet was not aware of the way the medicîne affected the dog breed (or at least my other dog at)

The young woman at the desk was extremely rude. She didn t even look at me when I came in, both to leave my cat and when I picked her up. She was obviously stressed about checking someone in. She needs to be trained in dealing with stress so she won t panic and she needs to be taught to greet someone politely, instead of just saying that she s busy. Another staff person stepped in both times, but if this had not happened, I would have found another vet.

The vet and vet assistant were SO GOOD. They spent plenty of time listening to my concerns about my elderly dog- and were compassionate and knowledgeable. I can t express how much I appreciated that. The only negative was the insistence on wearing a mask. It was clear that there had recently been a training for employees requiring them to strictly enforce mask wearing. I m assuming this policy is set by leadership, and employees had no option but to enforce it. I am a big believer in freedom, and believe businesses should let customers decide how to proceed. This enforcement policy also puts employees in a stressful and difficult position. After 20 years as a client (because of the heavy handed mask policy), I will be switching providers. I m sorry! I hope leadership will consider taking a more hands off approach in the future. Freedom to make our own reasonable health decisions is incredibly important.

I was not aware it was going to be 362 dollars for the bill.I was shocked and asked if there were payment plans and they said no. I learned this as I was picking up my pet. Should discuss prices before hand.
