My dog was getting spayed when I brought her in. The front desk girl was rude. She weighed my dog and I had to ask her what the weight was. She said she weighed her at 28 lbs and I asked her to re-weigh her since she was only 22 lbs the month prior. She got very defensive. Also, I asked the vet to look at her eye because I was concerned for infection. I picked up my dog after her spay and didnt get a copy of her lab results. I had to ask about her labs and about the notes about her eye. The vet saw no infection. Im sure they didnt even look at her eye because anyone with a medical degree would know her eye was in the infected. A very red eye and green discharge isnt normal. And if theyd look in her chart, they would have seen she has had a history of eye infections in the past. I dont trust taking my dogs to companion anymore. Weve had many of these occurences. Im taking my dogs elsewhere from now on.

I love you guys I always feel like you give my doggos the most love and attention. I do think sometimes you guys are super rushed. I know it’s just cuz your busy and in demand. But it would be nice to not feel like you just want to get us in and out. But honestly it’s ok you guys are amazing and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

really enjoyed the kind staff. they called and kept me up to date which I REALLY appreciated. I m still in the process of medicating my kitten but so far so good! loved the atmosphere and will be coming back soon!

I drove 6 hours to get to this Clinic to see Dr. Wilson, who I consider one of the best Vets period! That tells you what I think of this Clinic. And, I would do it again. I only wish the Clinic was in the town/County/State where I live. The staff (Julie) was great. Sad things happen to our animals. Some of our treasured animals die before they can get treatment or even after they get treatment. We all know this going into getting a family pet. But this Clinic does all they can do to save each and every furry treasured family member. I have 5 English Bulldogs and driving from Humboldt Co CA to Klamath Falls OR is a long drive, but worth it. Hugs to everyone at Companion Pet Clinic.

We are done with not being able to go inside and into the exam room with our pets. As the rest of the country opens up, you decide to not even let people in the building. We are in the process of looking for a new vet that s more pet/owner friendly.
