I m not a fan of the drop off appointment and most likely will not do it again for a regular appointment. I feel like I didn t get the full care that I would have gotten with a normal appointment. I feel like I wasn t able to ask questions and was mostly left to guess what treatment should be done for my animal instead of getting more advice on what was the best choice.

While I was waiting to pick up my pet I watched various other persons arrive and receive their pets. I don’t know why it took so long to get my own pet, especially as I was there before these other owners. It was not explained to me either. I even missed a meeting because of the wait. I was very frustrated by this but I assume that it was just chaotic inside. I will continue to come to this veterinarian, but if I continue to receive service like this I will go elsewhere.

I thought everyone did a great job considering the covid restrictions..(curbside service)..friendly and knowledgeable staff...

I wasn’t spoken to about my pet. They took him in and the vet never spoke to me. Nobody gave me any updates over a 4 day weekend while my pet was being cared for after his emergency on a holiday weekend. No vet or vet tech spoke to me after only the front desk person. No after visit instructions, nothing about how bad he was or was bot etc...

Companion pet in Klamath has taken excellent care of my pets. I will always keep bringing them to the lovely staff here. Thank you for giving Oreo the same loving care I have come to know and receive every time my pets need something.

A little more pre-op instructions would have been helpful. I only received email confirmations; no instructions on what to do the day of the surgery for my cat.

Did not understand the problem with her back or hips. The staff brought her out to me and said she hasn t limped so she is fine! Just pain pills and almost $70.00 later ??

When picking up my dog the ladt came right out to get payment but left me outside and forgot about bringing me my dog. I went in after an hour and told them I have been waiting for an hour and still didnt have my dog. The lady that took the payment had left work and didnt tell them that she didnt bring me my dog. So I sat out there all that time. I was supose to go back to work but couldnt after that. Very disapointed in the service for sure.

I wasnt told that my pets information gets sent to klamath animal control. Wasnt aware that I needed a license till i got a late charge in the mail. You should really explain that if people bring in new pets, you will tell the county and they need to get them registered. The county was going to cite me for getting my dogs properly taken care of with shots? Money scheme. They said that it is written in little print on your paperwork with my dogs shots on it-it supposedly states that a license is required. That is not on your paperwork.

Besides the cost of things and prices going up so much our visit was good. Dr.Wilson is the best.

As always, the staff is very kind. I typically never complain, and have only had one negative experience a few years back. Recently, my husband brought our Abby in because she is limping, which is getting worse; however, he was told that she was not limping and we can bring her back within 30 days if we see it continue. That s very nice but she IS limping and I think more time should have been spent trying to see it and find out why, and we did pay for the visit so it is a bit frustrating. It s hard to not be in the room with the staff to be able to explain and go over things together, (which is no ones fault). We will bring her back, hopefully COVID will allow for us to all be seen together.

It’s kind of weird to have curbside pick up but the staff made it as “normal” as possible. I appreciate Dr Reboulet coming out to speak with me personally. (Even if his glasses kept fogging up, lol)

The got us right in for our emergency and took very good care of my baby girl josie and we are very happy with how they treated her and took care of her.
