Client came in without a mask to pick up dog food and staff did not ask him to put a mask on.

We brought our two dogs in to get their nails trimmed. We had tried every place in town but everyone was closed or not taking dogs “just for nail trims” due to Covid. We finally had no choice but to make an appointment at the vet clinic. We took next available appointment. That was through the day so we asked our teenaged daughter to bring them in. They (the dogs) were acting horrible! So misbehaved for her and she was getting frustrated with them. As they don’t like being at the vet and with other dogs. But then the staff added to her anxiety by shaming her on how long the nails were and how they were acting. Didn’t offer to help just berated her! Unacceptable service! Next time please contact us and discuss with us as adults and not to a teenager! Seriously annoyed!

The staff are wonderful.

Dr Mary Tyrner will be deeply missed by us as we have had her since both dogs had there first ever visit over ten years ago when she was in the Stony Plain clinic. We loved her so much we followed her to the Leduc clinic so our dogs could get the wonderful care she always provided. We also had other family members go to her as well. What we will do now is still a mystery but we were always pleased with the clinic and service we got from the all the staff. Thank you Carol & Miles Goetzie Mufflin & Malenka

The Pet Hospital is amazing. The veterinarians, ESPECIALLY,Dr. Robin Fisher, are beyond amazing with knowledge, compassion, friendliness. All of the support staff are just as great. We truly feel that Bueller can not be in better care. Thank you to all those in the practice.

Your entire staff is wonderful My only complaint about the entire practice is that the rates are very high when compared with practices in Wetaskiwin or other smaller centers.

Dr. Ter bourgh is the best vet, and that shows everytime she explains what s happening with my animals. It also shows in the way she explains how we can make them better.

I am always grateful for the staff and the clinic as a whole. I feel that they genuinely care about my dogs and I am always surprised (and I shouldn t be!) When they remember that my old girl,Chloe the pug, likes to be held in a blanket like the baby Jesus (!!). I am also grateful beyond words when they fit me in same day mid-pandemic when she fell seriously ill so that I didn t have to take her to a strange place to see strange people. You all go above and beyond every day :)

We love Dr Fisher and the staff at the pet hospital and would recommend it to any pet lover. They are so kind and caring to animals.
