I can t help but find the cost of giving 1 shot to one puppy totally outrageous, when I can give all 4 of my horses their yearly shots for less than the cost of 1 simple immunization shot.

Other than the overly high rates, the staff is wonderful and make me feel my pets are important to them also, love Jessica and Dr. Fisher they are both amazing. I have not had opportunity to visit the other vets but I do feel comfortable with any vet there. I think the prices need to be more compatible this would keep clientele at an all time high. Your staff is wonderful, place is clean and I feel respected. What more could I ask for, besides not giving my first born for an appointment. Well, now that I think about that! Hmmm

The vet assistant that took my Cat Rona’s temperature and listened to her heart was so wonderful. My cat is usually mean and nasty to most people. The vet assistant was so gentle and patient with her. Rona actually sat nicely for her. Dr. Tyrner was great as always. We really appreciate her advice for Rona’s weight loss. So far all the suggestions have been working. ??

I sincerely want to thank everyone involved in making our visit with Noodle so pleasant. We drive from West of Stony Plain to visit this clinic and we are so thankful for the love and care that all the staff show us each time. Noodle always rushes through the doors to enter the clinic and is relaxed the whole time. Also, appreciate the transparent pricing, the hunt to find ways to save and the highlighting of many different care options.

It’s always a pleasure going in, the staff are super friendly even the ones that we are not seeing talk to us or give us a quick Hello or smile. They are all very helpful and always there to answer our questions! The clinic is always very clean!!

this is NOT a criticism but I was a little surprise that the vet who was very good did not check my labradors hips like all the other vets do. She did give me good explanations for everything else.

I was very impressed with the facilities and all of the staff. The veterinarian we dealt with was wonderful and helped put our minds at ease. I also greatly appreciate that the billing process offers the chance to make payments towards pricier appointments and that they are willing to work with us to help keep our beloved pet healthy. Would recommend this facility to anyone with pets.
