Excellent provider, although more than a little expensive. - Exceptionally so compared to what we were used to at our vet in Pittsburgh (who helped us with all nine of our kitties.)

I was very disappointed. You sent me 2 cards , reminders, that Lizzie needed her yearly labs & fecal check. The labs were done , I was charged $260! I should have asked how much before hand. When I questioned, it turned out Lizzie was not even due yet & did not need these labs till 11/23. I had your front desk refund my charge & discard the lab sample ! The fecal check was never done & the young lady at the front desk appeared not to know what was going on, she had to go in the back & ask questions 3 times. This visit was inadequate & disappointing.

NOTHING HAPPENED WHEN I CLICKED ON THE STARS...ANYWAY, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! GREAT STAFF!!

Dr.Jolin was great. Our dog is feeling much better.

We were very pleased with the Vet care provided for our 18yr cat, Rose. The medication prescribed quickly turned things around and she s on her way to good health.

Dr Sentell was great with Lucia (first time with him since he assisted Dr Wigan about 9 yrs ago on a Super Bowl Sunday with emergency bladder surgery). And Dr Sentell called back within 24 hours to talk about blood test results. He has a great demeanor and communication style.

This center is very clean and well equipped.The staff is extremely courteous,caring and take the time to fully explain the details of your pets care. My appointment was timely and unrushed. I highly recommend this practice.
