Front desk associate (older ... July 11, 2018 Front desk associate (older Caucasian female) never says hello or thank you, goodbye when I checked out. Vet tech or vet forgot to check dogs temperature and was about to vaccinate until I reminded them. Dog turned out to have a fever so vaccines were contraindicated that day. Perhaps a checklist of exam steps would help before any vaccination begins. |

June 01, 2018 i was very happy to hear that you would see my sick dog marley,the same day i called. as a new client i was a bit nervious about my dogs temper, he is extremely aggressive and very unpredictable, your staff was excellent in securing me that everything was alright and you all were true profecional i would recomend you clinic to anybody that needs a good vet, my dog was very sore when he arrived and within 2 days my dog is back to his normal self, again i cannot thank you enough. you took a very negitive situation and made it a positive experience thank you jim orman |

Way too expensive!!! Almost ... June 01, 2018 Way too expensive!!! Almost $400 to tell me my dog was nauseous. I love my dog and want him to be healthy but I can t afford to bring him in. My dog is older and after his inevitable passing, hopefully many years from now, I probably won t get another pet. It s sad that the cost of caring for a rather healthy animal is such a strain that it would prevent me from future championship. |
