I clicked all 5 s but it did not light up. I met with Dr. Soverns, who is so caring, intelligent, and interested in discussing our dog and cats with us. I learned a lot from the visit and felt that she gave time and attention to all our pets. I appreciate that she anticipated what we might ask or need and went out of her way to get me information about dog feeding/food, and followed up about it on my next visit. Thanks for being there for us, we have such trust in you.

Dr. Mary Beth Soverns is the Vet that my dog, Sam, always sees. She is wonderful with him, never rushes our visits and is very thorough. She is a true professional that loves her work.

Dr. Julie and her assistant were excellent during our dog Lucy s annual check-up!

Would be nice if the online appointment system had the ability to make appointments for two cats at once. Very happy with the Doctors and Staff at Countryside.

Everyone was so friendly. I have never owned a dog, so I had no idea what to expect from the veterinary experience. I felt unbelievably comfortable after departing from our first appointment. I m glad to have found a veterinary clinic that I trust.

I have been looking for a veterinary closer to home as we live in Elkridge. I was in a pinch and my dog really needed an appointment same day and I was seen within hours. After that appointment my dog received the care and medicine he needed and recovered quickly. Absolutely happy that we have found our Vet in Countryside and would strongly recommend them!!!!

Dr Julie Thumel was wonderful with Daisy.She answered all my questions and even called me back with some information.

The Vet Tech was nice and very sweet to my dog. And Julie Thumel, the veterinarian, was wonderfully helpful to me and my lab, Wally. He’s a bit overweight, so Julie designed a lower calorie diet plan without judging me or my best friend. We always enjoy our visit to Countryside.

I was not informed about the cost of lab where they will evaluate my dog s sample to see if it s fat tissue or not. I was shocked to find out that each sample cost me about $300. The bill was more than $700. I appreciate more advanced notice before I make decisions. Thanks!

All of the staff always treat my dog so well, genuinely care about her. Have been going to Countryside for 17 years now. Groom and board her there as well.
