The visit was quite helpful and all questions answered. I thought it was quite expensive, but it seems like that is for everything today. I like the location and staff. I am going to have my dog boarded there.

I rescued a puppy, and after the second visit to my original vet, I decided to switch to Countryside. The women at the front desk were friendly and patient. The vet addressed ALL of my concerns and seemed to really care about what was best for my 9 month old puppy. Scheduling appointments is easy and I love how I can get test results via text!

Appointment went very well - one comment is that I scheduled the appt online selecting our regular vet, Dr. Soverns. When we were having the preliminary visit work (taking temp) done, the person assisting mentioned another vet would be seeing us. I mentioned we had specifically booked w/Dr. Soverns, and she said sometimes the online booking can be problematic. The visit went very well so no complaints, but I ll probably call in for the appt next time - thanks!

As always, easy to schedule and comprehensive care. Duffy and I are so lucky to have you close by.

Always very helpful and friendly. All the staff at Countryside are wonderful! They explain your options and really care about your pets. I love the no pressure feel of my cats appointments. They don t try to push things on you like other vets. We moved further away and still continue to bring our pets to Countryside. Such a great practice- thank you!

Dr. Melanie and a vet tech came to my house and were very prompt and did an excellent job taking care of Charlie and Lexi. I appreciate their willingness to come to my house since Charlie has major issues with the pet carrier.
