Wonderful Staff.

My first visit to Countryside Veterinary Clinic for Wellness checks, vaccines, and post-dental blood work for my three cats was OUTSTANDING! Dr. Soverns, Colleen at the Reception Desk, Tech Kathie, and Assistant Abby, all displayed the utmost professionalism, compassion, and patience towards myself and my cats. One of my cats is fractious and difficult to handle, much less obtain blood from. Kathie did an extraordinary job of handling this cat for blood draw and micro-chipping. I really like Dr. Soverns, and found that we have compatible views on the care of cats. Dr. Soverns listened to me and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly, and handled all my cats with care. I was so pleased with my experience, and happy to find this cat-friendly practice! Thank you all, so much!

Always an outstanding experience when we come to our favorite veterinarians.

Both of cats came within a week of each other having not been to a vet in several years because of the process involved getting them there. However, after getting an excellent referral by one of your vet technicians, Hannah, my cats were seen by two different doctors and both were fantastic and the technicians and staff could not have been more proficient and friendly. As a result, we will be making Countryside our vet clinic from here on out and on a regular basis as necessary. Thank you.

Great place

Our dog, Thor, thoroughly enjoys greeting everyone the moment we walk through the doors - yes, he barks loudly And excitedly! I have greatly appreciated the front desk staff getting us into a room quickly to wait for the doctor. With a baby in tow and the dog, I appreciate the extra care given to us in regards to occasionally having my hands more than full!! Thank you for being so gracious to our family - it does not go unnoticed!!

I switched from another practice about a year and a half ago when my previous dog died and we adopted another, because I was unhappy with that vet. Each experience has been fantastic with Countryside from start to finish. I tell all my friends who have dogs about your friendly and efficient front office staff, knowledgeable caring practitioners, super clean facility, and competitive prices, and that no unnecessary services are pushed.
