Dr. Soverns was thorough and caring, as usual. She probably saved Slinky s life by finding the adenocarcinoma and putting a rush on the results of the aspiration. Slinky will be seen by Dr. Walesby on 10 May, with probable surgery on 11 May. I will stop by and pick up all Slinky s pertinent test results and radiographs when we get back from vacation. Thank you!!!

Late Friday afternoon, Lizzy gave me a scare when she ripped a big chunk from the tumor on her head, leaving a gaping wound. While I was trying to get the bleeding under control, I called Countryside. I didn t think there was a chance we would be seen that late on a Friday. But, as always, you all went above and beyond. The receptionist said to bring Lizzy in...that there might be a wait because we didn t have an appt. I didn t mind at all waiting...I was just so thankful you were willing to work us into the schedule. We went right over and we didn t have to wait at all. I can t even find the words to explain the peace of mind it gives me knowing that Dr. Young and everyone at Countryside genuinely cares about Lizzy. I am so grateful. Thank you with all my heart!!
