As always Dr Vetter took care of me and my sick cat (Kitt). She listen to my concerns and outlined the treatment/procedure clearly so I knew what was going on. ETPC even gave me a phone call the next day to inquire how Kitt was doing

The visit seemed good, but it is hard not being able to go into the appointment with your cat due to Covid precautions. I am concerned about the limited hours now at East Towne Vet and the parking lot is a mess with lots of potholes. I realize that this building is being sold, and Dr. Vetter may be retiring, but it has looked bad for years. I have gone to this practice for over 20 years and have been happy with the services. I am now seeing that things are changing and that I may have to change vets in the near future. If Dr. Vetter retires I would hope she would give the clients ample notice to find a new veterinary practice.

I think you ve done a great job during the pandemic. At first I was a bit concerned due to the reduced hours but I ve haven t had any issues scheduling quick appointments when I ve needed them. I like the fact that my credit card is on file so it reduces unnecessary running back and forth for both staff and is a time saver for me.

Don’t know what the inside looks like at this time.

If a person makes an appointment to get a letter of good health for their rabbit, please do not schedule the appt if you are unable to provide them with it. Then have them pay the $60 fee to confirm yes, the pet is healthy but we can’t give you the letter and the pet owner never got the opportunity to speak to the vet. It was not helpful to be told to go to the USDA website, and when I did, it said the requirements only requires an accredited vet and nothing about USDA certified vet. it is not helpful to then say to CALL The USDA and ask. Also 2 years ago my friend confirmed with me that they were able to get a letter of good health to fly with their rabbit from this same office.. so it confounds me even more why it is not possible this time... I understand the comment about “rabbits are considered feed and need a USDA accredited vet” but nothing on the USDA and Colorado websites ever say this.

The staff always takes great care of Maggie and Molly. We have been taking them to East Towne Pet Clinic since Maggie was a puppy and from the time we adopted Molly. Always a positive experience!

Didn’t come into the facility or talk to the vet due to COVID but had no issues with the distanced service.

East Towne Pet Clinic provides wonderful service for my bird. Most veterinarians don t deal with birds. East Towne does so very professionally!

I really appreciate the system you ve set up to minimize exposure risk while still ensuring that all important information is communicated and patients are still seen promptly. Thanks for your excellent work, and for taking pandemic precautions seriously!

Because I couldn’t go in with Lilly, I wasn’t able to ask questions during the appointment. Prior to staff taking her into the building, I asked her to take a look at possible lipomas on her chest but when Lilly’s appointment was over, there was no mention of looking at her new lipomas - only the existing one I already knew about.

Due to COVID, I was unable to observe the facilities cleanliness, but in the past I have been satisfied.

Very easy to get an appointment time for the date I wanted and the time of day. I really like the online system, makes everything very easy.

Hard to gauge whether the Dr listened to our concerns or spent enough time with our bunnies since we did not see the Dr. Understanding the pandemic it would still be nice to see the Dr with our pets instead of a drive up and drop off. They are family members. I would go in with my kids so why not our furry kids? The gentlemen that helped us was fantastic, knowledgeable, and helpful. I believe his name was Steven. Nothing against him and maybe just how it is currently but being in the office with him and the Dr would have been considerably more helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend East Towne Pet Clinic, especially if you are looking for a bunny vet. Thank you....

Quick question: I’ve tried to get my rabbit litter trained but she is not peeing at any particular spot. She just pees and poops everywhere. She is 2 month old
