Overall, we enjoyed our visit to the East Towne Pet Clinic. All staff was friendly and accommodating. I did feel as if the wait was long, which was partially due to a miscommunication and staff not knowing our records were already at the clinic.

I rated all items a five, but I don t see where it registered. I don t understand why it didn t indicate my rating. Your service was excellent as it has been for the past approx. 12 years that we have been bringing our pets to you.

As always, Dr Vetter and her staff are wonderful to work with! I appreciate Dr Vetter s concern for my pets and she always listens to my concerns and takes them seriously.

Dr Vetter is like a member of the family. All the staff is very nice to me and my dog!

I trust Dr, Ann Vetter and her staff completely. She is smart, competent and really interested in hats going with my parrot.

I thought that the visit was quite expensive for an office visit (about a minute with the vet) plus two labs. I’d suggest not charging for an office visit if the sole purpose is to recheck labs.

It was a very good appointment for Orville. I felt like Dr. Jacka and Nick, the vet assistant listened well to my concerns about Orville and that a very good plan was set up for helping his severe IBD. I have hope now that he will start to feel and look better.
