Excellent staff and care for my dog. Changing where I take my dog to this place and would recommend everyone to come and see for themselves!

I feel there is no room for improvement. From me entering the building to the time I left I felt their concern for my visit was more important to them as it it was to I.Everyone from start to finish was just professional as sincere. Keep up the good work. No signs of improvement from me. Can t improve what don t need to he fixed. All in all just a great visit.

I was very pleased with everything from scheduling my appointment by phone to receiving a follow up call to see how my dog was doing the day after her appointment. Keep up the good work, I m sure your patients as well as their owners appreciate it.....and the treats too.

Sadly, I was forced to put Pixie to sleep because she was suffering. (Thank you Dr. George for coming in at 1:30 AM on a weekeend.)But, I do believe Dr. Bill and Dr. George did all they could do to save her. Both doctors took and great deal of time with me and my pup. Both are extremely knowledgeable.I am very thankful. I so appreciate how kind and understanding both doctors were. Best Veterinarians I have ever met. Sincerely, Stacey Dierker

Dr George was great! We took our hedgehog to see him and he was very caring and knowledgeable. It helped that he had his own hedgie at home too. It was just great that even with her being temperamental he handled her with care and understanding!! We really appreciate that!! Thanks again Dr George!!

Dr. Jason was wonderful. He was very gentle with Lucy. He explained everything he was doing. Could not have asked for a better vet. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful too. Thanks for making time to see Lucy with such short notice. Her eye is looking better already.

We ve been in a lot here recently with different animals and situations. Always great customer service. The receptionists are awesome on the phone. Any Doctor we ve seen has been friendly and willing to discuss what s going on in full detail. Love the people at Greenhaven and Bestfriends Animal Hospital!

Everything is always excellent and above at Greenhaven. The technical expertise is so important and provides for great confidence in Travis s care. It is so nice that Dr. Bill spends time discussing Travis s results. It is helpful especially since Travis has special health needs and has now become a senior patient. The time given to understand how to prepare for Travis s arthritis and quality of life ahead of time is appreciated. If his arthritis should get worse, we know what to do now. We like being prepared and knowing what to expect. The rest of the staff is just unbelievably genuine, sincere, and technically proficient. Customer service is not only something trained, but something that is felt in their hearts. It is really amazing how they know every pet parent and patient and truly care. We thank the entire staff for caring so much about us. Randy, Tammy, & Travy Reed.

About your visit with Greenhaven Animal Clinic, P.C., is the title of the survey....my appointment was with Prairie Haven. I ve received several emails over the last month that point to Greenhaven instead of Prairiehaven. At any rate, it was a good appt!

Seemed a little expensive but everyone there was very nice. I don t know if I will bring all my pets there, would have to check prices w/ williamsville.

Dr. George was extremely nice and informative. I was well pleased with Alex s care. I believe Alex is feeling better and I will be bringing him back. Thank you, Janet and Alex Todd
