I was very pleased with my experience. Heather is very knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. She educated me more than I ever expected. The doctor was equally as kind and caring, we just spend most of our time with Heather. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else for my kitten’s vet needs, unless, of course if it’s to follow Heather. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful. great staff!

I really appreciate the doctor taking his time with Sissy. He sat on the floor with her to do the examination. I love going to Best Friends. I recommend them to anyone

We did not go to the office; the Veterinarian came to the farm.

Dr. Bill was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The office staff was polite and efficient. The clinic environment felt as if it was a well oiled machine.

I thought I was coming in for a heart worm 6mo shot and instead we had a full exam which we just had 6 mo ago. I didn t feel like it was necessary and wasn t planning on a $200.00 bill. I would like to know what is happening in advance so I can choose what I want done at each appointment. I really like how we wait privately in a room from start to finish, I think it s a great idea!! I love how the office is so clean, and the staff are all very nice! I feel like each person who works at BF truly love the dogs who visit.

No discussion of price until check out. Wasn t a problem for me but some may not be able to afford it. More upfront pricing could be nice

My experience with Best Friends is always warm, friendly, and professional. My dogs and I always receive the best care. My questions are always answered in easy to understand terms. I am taught how to best care for my dogs.

Excellent staff and her. You can easily tell that they are passionate about the care they give to each animal. My puppy was treated very gently and he didn t mind getting his shots.
