I especially appreciated the detailed analysis by Heather concerning the maintenance of my cat’s health. The new payment procedure is convoluted. A fee of ten dollars to trim a cat’s rear claws is outlandish.

I love how friedly and compassionate they all are! Deff will remain my main vet! Should have a punch card since im there all the time ????

Maybe work on pricing, it is so so expensive. Not competetive with other vets in the area

The staff was very friendly! They made a point to make it easy for my large not so well behaved dog to be taken to a room right away. One of the techs even took the time to take Gus to explore the room he wanted so badly to see. A great experience. I m glad I chose Best Friends to provide Gus care!

We were so grateful greenhaven could see our horse so fast, he scalped his head, and the lady vet really did an amazing job on him. And didn t break our pocket book. Thanks again greenhaven animal clinic for another fantastic job!! Chevelle thanks you too!

I love that you ask if it’s an emergency before placing call on hold. It’s also great that you handled customer in front of you and put caller on hold or offer to call back. Your understanding of animal fear and low stress handling is a major relief for me and my anxious pup. The doctor covered everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Thank you!

My Roxy had a reaction to her shots, I had to call the after hours number and talked with Dr. George who even met up with us to give Roxy some medication to help with the reaction, he was wonderful!!!!

Great experience! Loui loved Dr. Jason and CVT, Tina! He’s normally a very anxious dog, but Loui was very calm in the room for his exam and didn’t even notice getting vaccines while eating treats!

This office has never let me down,they were booked up when I called and still managed to get me in in less than 2 hours! I can’t imagine taking my precious fur babies anywhere else. The ladies at the desk the vet tech everyone is so good to my pets and that’s so important
