First time for a yearly checkup for my dog. Everything was great

They were great! Staff were super nice and very gentle with our puppy!!!

I really enjoyed the second vet and her assistant. They were very incitful and helpful. They made me and my dog feel safe and welcomed. They treated my dog as if it were their own. The first vet that came in, made me feel unappreciated. Some tall old man, he was. I thought they said Dr. Church or something. He walked in my room and looked at me, mumbled something, and then walked out. He made me want to just walk right out of there. After that, a new, nicer vet came in. Dr. Zoo (not sure if I spelled that correctly) was her name. She did her job flawlessly. I would recommend her to anyone.

I think Dr Tritch is the best vet in Kentucky!!! Don t get me wrong, they re all very sweet & nice but I just trust my babies in his care over any others!

Very pleased with accupuncture& PRP procedure my cat received from Dr Anna & Dr Xu!

Added a nail trim and had her anal glands expressed... very expensive compared to local groomers. Went for Parvo, distember and Bordatella vaccines, but according to my bill, I guess a Lyme vaccine was snuck in.

I brought my dog in for bloodwork and was expecting a bill over $100, but was not expecting the bill I received which was over $240.00. Unfortunately, the high vet bills may have me shopping around for more affordable veterinary care.

I only wish that we had an opportunity to talk to the vet. We didn’t get to see him any. We had some questions to ask him about the procedure but will try to remember them for our visit in March

You Guys Are My New Vets!!!!

I adopted a puppy from the Scott County Humane Society. The Humane Society explained that my $250 adoption fee covers all of the puppy s first shots (a series of 4, I believe), neuter, and microchipping. During my first visit with the pup, the staff didn t question that at all. During my second visit with the pup, no one had ever heard of such an arrangement with the Scott County Humane Society. It s my understanding that CKVC has had this agreement for a long time -- adoptive family brings in the pup for the contractually-agreed-to service and SCHS pays the bill. I feel like anyone who sits at the front desk and checks out customers needs to be aware of this agreement with SCHS and understand how to process the transaction without making the customer feel uncomfortable. When I left, everyone involved was unsure if I was going to have to come back in and pay for my pup s shots or not. This leaves a very wary feeling with the customer. Sandra Quick, 859-351-1256. The vet tech had a really difficult time drawing blood. She finally asked the vet for help and she was able to get the draw on the first try. The next time our pet has blood drawn we will be requesting that only the vet do this.

Dr. Tritch invested personalized care and attention to our questions and rehabilitation education. We were welcomed to call back w any concerns!

The only complaint is that every time I go, the fees have been raised again. It s difficult to be seen for anything, even routine visits, for under $100. That s a lot when you have multiple pets.

the entire process from start to finish was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient and the doctor took time to explain the entire process. We loved it!!!!

It was my first visit and I am looking forward to a long relationship with Dr XU and our new kitten
