I was not explained my bill.just given a grand total. The only discussion of payment didn t occur. There was a sign on the desk that stated payment due at the time of service.

I really liked the way I was treated.

I felt that the cost was very high. I was quoted $83 on the phone but ended up charged over $200.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a few questions and everyone made sure I had the answers before I left. I Never felt rushed at any point. Even when angel kept jumping on the counter when I was trying to pay.

The staff was great but I am disappointed that the vet immediately went to the oral surgery option. Lancing was never mentioned as an option. My cat is 16 years old and has an abscess. At her age I would prefer for her to not have anesthesia unless it s absolutely necessary. Surgery is also much more expensive.

They took Sassy to the back to do her tests. Is this a new procedure? I realize it’s probably better for the pet & the owner to do this. She was just having her yearly tests & they trimmed her toenails which she’s a force to be reckoned with when this has to be done. We attempt to do it at home & we are lucky if you get one paw at a time.

Not sure what 1 means but you guys are A+ in my book. Can’t figure out scoring.
