I have you central Kentucky vet for a long time. I was going there with the Sutton (Harley and his dad) were still running the facility. Have always had a pleasant experience.

The vets I have encountered here are the best I ve had. They care about your animals like you do and they want to help. The only thing that isn t really up to the competitors is the pricing. I have tried to convince my neighbors to start going to you guys, but people find it much too expensive comparatively.

Please install some sound baffling. The sound bouncing off polished concrete hurts my ears so I can only imagine how it must frighten animals.

The receptionist with short silvery hair who checked us in was extremely pleasant & personable. It was also good to see Jane again.

It seemed like 45 minutes in the exam room was too long. Perhaps the doctor was behind in his schedule. Billing hasn t ever been explained, receipt was itemized.

Oreo has to have blood drawn every 4 months. There is one tech that is exceptionally good at the procedure which we found out the last time we were there. She endured 4 “pokes” last time. I specifically asked for that tech when I made the spot. Was told no problem. This time Oreo once again endured 4 pokes because the skilled tech was not the one who drew the blood. I’d like for you all to determine who the skilled tech is and make sure we get her each time since we are required to do this quarterly. I know it’s hard to find veins and they roll etc but for Oreos sake please find that tech. Thanks.

I appreciate the ease in making appointments using their web site. I always enjoy the personable service and attention our baby gets. It keeps her stress free during the visit.

Dr. Weakley is one of the kindest and gentlest Vets I have seen for my pets care. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Would recommend him to anyone needing a good Vet for their pets.

The bill is never consistent, multiple times I have had to correct their error in charging for something I shouldn t be, and when I ask about a fee I get many different answers.
