Dr. Tritsch is so very caring for my pet. He did everything possible to try to save her. I thank him very much.

$642 for ear infection, get shots up to date. Flea/tick/heart worm meds for 1/2 of a year. Your prices are outrageous

I brought Houston in because he had thrown up a few times and wanted to make sure he wasn t sick. I understand u have to be paid for your services but, since she only weighed him and listened to his heart I didn t see how that constituted a sick visit charge. If he had to have tests done and so forth I could see the charge but I feel it was excessive to be charged 110.00 for $20 worth of meds and $20 nail trim. She was in there all of 5 minutes so $70 extra was a bit much. The total charge should have been around $70 max, total for what I received. I drive from Cynthiana because I really like the services there but this time I feel the charge was way over priced. Local vet charges 10 for nails and 35 for exam plus the $20 meds, $65 total. Almost double there and I had to drive all the way to Georgetown. Just a suggestion, maybe rethink the price.

I can no longer afford your services. Our S.S. hasn t increased in years. So we will have to find a more affordable means of cring for our pet.

I felt pressured to change our dog’s monthly heartworm/flea medicine by tech without vet explanation. Our vet, Dr Zu, was nice, but I could have read a brochure for what I got in explanation-it was basically a sales type pitch and I found out that if we changed to a 6 month injection, would still have to use oral flea med monthly. I will only see the vets who have been there for some time from now on. Very disappointed in this check-up appt as I felt rushed to get our dog thru this. Dr Zu may be well intentioned, but the appt was not what I expected from Central KY Vet.... I also did not get the Kennel Cough vaccine certificate like times past. I called to get that and when the info was emailed to me, all I got was basically a receipt type copy of the visit. I did not feel like I was listened to during visit or phone call for request of info. I hope this is not becoming the typical way of vet care at CKYVET. I feel that I pay a premium for your services and I EXPECT to receive the information and for my dog to receive the care she deserves. I also EXPECT information to be relayed to me in a manner that is reasonably understandable WITHOUT a sales pitch. I want the BEST care for my dog and to change meds that she has had for 7.5years without really telling me why, I don’t get....

Central Kentucky Vet Center has a wonderful staff, from the front desk to the doctors. They are always so kind and respectful to us and our fur babies. We really appreciate the weekend hours (without an extra fee).

I’m so thankful for CKVC being open on a Sunday. My dog, who is not a regular patient, was seen by them and they were so compassionate. They helped relieve my dogs pain which in turn helped relieve my worrying. I’m very thankful and will definitely be a repeat customer

Dr. Weakley and the staff took time to inform us about the surgery Samantha was scheduled for. It was like Samantha was their own dog. All were very compassionate and caring. A veterinary hospital like this one is one in a million. If needed we will come back. Dr. Weakley and all of the staff, in my opinion is the best. Again Thanks

First time to see you. Pricing was great and everything went great.

I found this selection system difficult to use. Hard to get the correct value to show so I could click on it. Otherwise, you guys are great. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. I feel confident that my dog is getting good care at CKVC.

We were put in the cat waiting room that is in the back to the right and were forgotten about for 40 min. I had to come out to remind them we were there. We come here all the time and have never had an issue before. Maybe that room just needs something more visible to show that there are people waiting.

This was one of my better visits to CKVC. Dr. Bollinger examined my dog, discussed options and treated me as an intelligent dog owner. He didn t try to sell me extra procedures or medication. I will request Dr. Bollinger for our next visit.

While checking out, the gray-haired clerk was rude. ( not once-not twice-not three times but four!). I was so put-out with her by the time I left that I just wanted to gather my paperwork and leave. She rudely called after me, “You’re welcome.” Ugh

I am always happy with the staff and everything. Tippy was happy to get back home.

I was a bit disappointed that the vet didn t come back in and discuss results/tx plan as he stated he would be back in when labs were finished. I didn t see him again, a young female brought meds in, said labs are fine and escorted me to the front.

Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. We were in and out within 45 minutes.

I arrived with an emergency Friday night. They got me right in, explained the surgery my dog would need and completed it that night. The follow up that night was exceptional and they called me at 7:30 the next morning to update me as well. Five stars all around! Dr. Fuller was wonderful as well all of the staff.

Vet s and support staff are always friendly, helpful and very concerned. I appreciate coming to a place where I feel my dog is well taken care of and my feelings concerning her taken into consideration.

Everything and everyone was perfect as always.

Have been completely satisfied not with just this visit but with every visit over the course of seven years. Thank you for taking care of Giorgio.

I don t remember the name of the vet we saw but I think it was something like Dr. Mobley. He was super young but we were so impressed. He took time to talk to Willow and she responded well to him. We would love to see him again!
